The suite was exceptional. Beautifully designed.
Breakfast was mediocre, to be honest. Even the extras (like Eggs Benedict) which were not included (strange; they usually are) were not very good.

Poor attitude of Female receptionist unhelpful when I asked about use of the Spa very dismissive. The gentleman who met us when we arrived lovely gentleman she tarnished the experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily complimentary water and the coffee machine in the room, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a refreshing Prosecco at reception — a lovely touch that set the tone for the visit.
Highly recommended!
One small point for improvement: the hotel corridors were a bit dark and could benefit from better lighting.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Overall, the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast room staff were exceptionally attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is ideally located just a few steps from Old Town Square and is very central to all major tourist attractions.
There are a few areas that could be improved. I was surprised that basic amenities such as hair conditioner were not provided, and items like cotton pads and buds were not replenished during our 4-day stay. Additionally, coffee capsules were not restocked and milk was missing. It would also be advisable to regularly check the expiration dates of products such as honey.

We love the bed and the room.
The breakfast quality, used to be better.
Smaller choice. If you want benedict egg you need to pay - this could be in a price in such a hotel like this. For breakfast we would go some other place next time.

Negatively surprised by booking.com as the breakfast was not included and was very expensive (30€ per person).
