We come stay here every year and it never disappoints! High end hotel with exquisite rooms and the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel ever!
The only thing I need to say is that there were not diet sodas in the minibar which I would have appreciate nor was there sweetener that wasn’t sugar (I’m diabetic) and no room service :(

Just beautiful ! Rooms were Large , well laid out - bathroom tub was over the top ! Great location and amazing staff - they helped anyway they could and then some !
We wished we could have stayed longer !

Great location in the heart of Prague!
Be careful if you want to go on a trip early in the morninig - you won't get your breakfast before 7.30.
One more thing-don't look under your bed

Very good location, nice atmosphere of the hotel, proximity to the Budha restaurant in the underground of the hotel, espresso available in the room, good parking service, breakfast available till 1pm
Heating not working most of the stay in the room, cold whirpool water in “spa” which is overpriced for its level, details not well maintained in bathroom, breakfast average
