A luxurious place with a high level of service. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety of options. I really love the Asian vibe of the hotel, which can be felt throughout the entire property. In my opinion, it’s one of the best hotels in Prague, and in general. This wasn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last.

Rude staff. Unfriendly and non helping attitude. Bad staff is ruining this beautiful property as they can’t do justice to the concept.

I loved everything about this hotel and it was in the perfect location. You are walking distance to all of the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
I thought everything was really good. If I have to find something it would be 166euro room deposit. But it was back on your card within 15min after you checkout.

The location could not have been better! It was a 15 minute walk to every major site. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our day. This hotel is extremely clean.
The menu prices in the restaurant were a bit high priced in our opinion, compared to the other restaurants in the area. This is why we didn’t eat here, but that’s the only thing we could find wrong. This hotel is wonderful!
