Location is great - close to train station and easy to get around. The hotel has old fashion style and with all facilities for comfort e.g. comfortable bed & linen, large bathroom. Rate include excellent breakfast everyday, many high-quality choices. We would like to go back.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel with excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options. A special thanks to Anastasia at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful.

The pillows and that it was farther from the old town than expected. Also, the coffee at breakfast was awful and no coffee maker in the room.

The location is great, just slightly off the tourist area but close enough to walk there.
The room we stayed in was large and very notably clean(one of the cleanest carpets I've seen in a hotel). On the top floor we didn't have a view, but with everything ao close it did not matter.
The breakfast was also really good, with great and tasty options.
The staff was helpful whenever we needed it.
Overall this was one of the most enjoyable accommodation I've enjoyed recently.
The coffee - with everything else we had for breakfast being good or great, the coffee was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Good coffee machine.
I would prefer to have a walk in shower rather than climbing into a steep bath. Screen on bath didn’t fit well so the floor got wet.

I loved the fact that it was close to everything, with max 30 minutes walking you could be at the main attractions in Prague, the breakfast was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. Also the staff is always there to make sure you are treated properly.

Good value for money. Location was close to the train station and city centre. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have live piano music during breakfast. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
We were a bit disappointed with the SPA. The room did feel cold and uninviting (we were there shortly after it opened in the afternoon so maybe it's normally warmer later in the day). Would have appreciated cushions on the wooden loungers - they were too hard and uncomfortable to lay on. The sauna and jacuzzi were fine, and the SPA was clean otherwise.
The location was ok in terms of the distance from the centre but there was a crazy amount of ambulances, police cars and fire engines going past over the weekend. I don't know if this was a fluke whilst we were there or a standard weekend occurrence.
