Good location, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The bathroom entrance requires stepping up quite high, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Housekeeping daily. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Our payment cards would not work with their banking machines. They said this happens a lot. Wanted us to get cash. Location was not that close to the old town. I wouldn’t pick this location again. We asked for two twin beds and we got on bed with two twin duvets. Staff not the friendly or helpful.

All the staff, especially Ellena and Viktoriya, were extremely helpful and warm. They helped us find everything we needed in the city.
The breakfast and the hotel restaurant are excellent — great food!

The building is amazing, not so far, not so close to Old town but walking distance. Breakfast has mant variety, you can easily find something to eat. The staff was very kind, they gave us a gift on the check out, it is very thoughfull. The rooms are very clean and comfort. We wouldn't change anything and would like to stay again.

Excellent money to value ratio - a very cozy and comfortable 4-star hotel in a great location (one block from the Museum metro station on Wenceslas Square, 5 minutes' walk) for very reasonable price. We had really quiet room on the 6th floor, the room was quite spacious with comfortable and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Friendly staff. A good and pretty varied breakfast. Reality is fully consistent with the description and photos on the website. Bottom line - ideal accommodation for a couple on a short visit to Prague (we stayed 4 nights)
Not as a criticism, but rather as information: the bathtub has fairly high sides (we would have preferred a shower). The high and firm mattress is not a problem for us, but for somebody it may be important

Convenient location to main train station and central Prague. Everything was very clean from lobby and in the room. Also there was electric kettle with tea and instant coffee in the room. Complimentary umbrella in the room if you needed. Breakfast had good selection with pastries and hot food like eggs and bacon. Staff were friendly and helpful each interaction.

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff was so helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The shower was small but the water pressure was amazing. Our stay was very pleasant.

Location good, hotel nice, room was large and very comfortable bed on the top floor with character (dormer windows and angled roof). Very large modern bathroom. Included breakfast had amazing options. Grilled vegetables, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, pastries, meat.

My room was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was central and trams very easily available. I'm looking forward to returning and staying longer, lots to enjoy in Prague!

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I saw comments about the rooms needing updating. I didn't think so at all. Check-in was easy. There is a spa, restaurant, bar and included breakfast. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and didn't get to try any of these. The restaurant/bar looked nice and they included 2 free drinks for us if we had used the restaurant. I would love to go again with more time to stay. The location is good - you are a 20-30 minute walk to old town but there is public transport within a short walk.
No concerns based on what we were able to use.

It looks like five star hotels and it felt like in five star hotel, the staff was amazing, rooms a big and very clean. Definitely coming back to that hotel!
