The location is great, just slightly off the tourist area but close enough to walk there.
The room we stayed in was large and very notably clean(one of the cleanest carpets I've seen in a hotel). On the top floor we didn't have a view, but with everything ao close it did not matter.
The breakfast was also really good, with great and tasty options.
The staff was helpful whenever we needed it.
Overall this was one of the most enjoyable accommodation I've enjoyed recently.
The coffee - with everything else we had for breakfast being good or great, the coffee was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Good coffee machine.
I would prefer to have a walk in shower rather than climbing into a steep bath. Screen on bath didn’t fit well so the floor got wet.

I loved the fact that it was close to everything, with max 30 minutes walking you could be at the main attractions in Prague, the breakfast was amazing and the beds were really comfortable. Also the staff is always there to make sure you are treated properly.

Good value for money. Location was close to the train station and city centre. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have live piano music during breakfast. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
We were a bit disappointed with the SPA. The room did feel cold and uninviting (we were there shortly after it opened in the afternoon so maybe it's normally warmer later in the day). Would have appreciated cushions on the wooden loungers - they were too hard and uncomfortable to lay on. The sauna and jacuzzi were fine, and the SPA was clean otherwise.
The location was ok in terms of the distance from the centre but there was a crazy amount of ambulances, police cars and fire engines going past over the weekend. I don't know if this was a fluke whilst we were there or a standard weekend occurrence.

Well maintained property, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice and cold and cooked food…exceptional. The location is good being just behind the museum in the New Town, 5 minutes from the underground and a nice 15 minute walk to the Old Town square(mostly pedestrianised). Good selection of “local” restaurants nearby as well.

It's a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. The location is pretty good, 20 minute stroll to the St Charles bridge. 5 minute walk to the main Street with plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from.
Hotel breakfast had a good selection, hot and cold buffet, tea, coffee and a variety of juices.
The only thing that was a let down was the private spa, it wasn't organised very well.
Nothing was ready and we had to switch everything on ourselves which was disappointing as we paid extra for the experience. The sauna was hot and ready to use but the jacuzzi was cold and took around 20 minutes to warm up to a comfortable temperature.

Even my family and I stayed just for one night the amount of demand I have and constantly calling hotel for every stupid thing just to make sure my mother will be happy. I even asked for table for seven people and hotel staff make it happened in special room. It wasn't my first stay and definitely not last. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting Prague obviously without the demands, they are reserved just for me :) The breakfast got everything you can imagine and more. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family.

Delicious and plentiful breakfast, and everything was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, with most attractions easily accessible. The room was quiet and comfortable, making it a very pleasant place to relax.

Terrible room service experience.
I ordered a burger (you must pay extra almost as much as the burger itself to get it delivered in your room)
When I asked the waitress if I could have mayonnaise she first replied that they don't have any and then that if I wanted some I would have to go get it myself... Unbelievable..
On top of it chips were cold and burger well overcooked
