We loved the room size, proximity to train station and to the old town, lovely staff, breakfast choices, exceptional decor, water pressure, cleanliness. Lovely touches, like mead available in the entry for a night cap, fresh water available in the foyer. Cold drink fridge to buy drinks for your room if you require. A small gift when we checked out. Management have thought of everything. It is a fabulous hotel and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

The hotel was beautiful and our suite was huge. There was a great selection at breakfast with freshly made
hot items topped up regularly. The background music was a pianist playing beautiful music it felt very luxurious.
Staff were very welcoming.
I could not fault this hotel.

The hotel is in a well-maintained historic building with spacious, clean and spacious rooms(wouldn’t call it a room- more like a 1 bedroom apartment with 2 washrooms). Breakfast was good with a delicious buffet food. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed and we appreciated the extra touches like bathrobes and slippers. Although we were only there one night the hotel staff stored our luggage on the days either side making it easy to get out and explore the city. The location near Wenceslas Square was perfect for what we needed.
I would definitely stay here again when visiting Prague.
More than 1 person on reception would have allowed us to check in/out quicker.

Very good size room which even had an umbrella for unexpected rain!! Comfortable bed. Centrally located so we could walk straight out into the old town, which we loved. Breakfast good and staff were busy keeping everything topped up so it was fresh.

Beautiful building, only 10 minutes walk away from main areas, nice room with very comfortable bed and no Noise from surrounding rooms/area.
