everything! the breakfast, the room even the staff are all nice! Plus they gave us a room with balcony which is not the one i booked :) the amenities are all great especially the location its a walking distance to old town

The second stay we were staying in a room facing inward, excellent, no road noise.
The hotel was next to a busy road, our first stay there was a lot of road noise.

Great hotel, really big suites and exceptionally clean!!! Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. The location is easy walking to the main sites but not right in the noise and crowds. Basically everything it’s advertised to be.
The lobby area is quite small and a bit dated but if that’s all I can complain about the hotel it’s nothing

We loved the hotel! The staff was awesome! Kirill was very helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Their restaurant was delicious and convenient. Location is a short walk from many of the main Prague attractions - but far enough away from the "business" of it all. Overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel was very easy to work with. We had four rooms for our family and we were all very happy with the rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful! It had an attached restaurant open for lunch and dinner and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk personnel is very friendly and professional. Kirill was top notch with his customer service. He was professional, informative and friendly with all of his interactions with everyone he assisted.

Disappointing
The female receptionist was very helpful on our arrival, it’s nice to be greeted with a smile. The waitress in the Bar/Restaurant was also very helpful and professional in the way she detailed the dinner menu to us and looked after us.
Pictures of this hotel look great on line, classical, stylish and roomy. However, the reality was disappointingly different. The included cooked buffet breakfast was cold even though we arrived down for breakfast at 7:00 am. The male receptionist gave the impression that we were here to serve him, when my wife asked if she could get some milk for her tea he just said ‘no’ we don’t have any. When I tried to pay for an item neither of my debit cards worked on his card reader, so he asked for cash, when I asked would he try once more he just said ‘no’, (both off these cards have worked perfectly in all other establishments before and after this episode). A plastic tissue holder in our bathroom fell off the wall when dispensing a tissue. Small simple actions mean a lot when dealing with your customers…this one person and these few small issues were enough for me to decide that I wont be back. I’ve written many glowing reports of some excellent hotels in Utrecht, Berlin and Dresden on a recent visit to European cities however, this hotel was a real disappointment.
