Grand old hotel from the 19th century, renovated by to modern standards. Within walking distance from the train station and the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast including live piano music. Highly recommend!

A very beautiful and intimate boutique hotel with excellent breakfasts. A pianist plays live music during breakfast, creating a lovely atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.

Absolutely amazing reception area, the interior is really beautiful and restored to a high standard. I loved the fresh water and honey mead on offer. The reception staff were really polite and naturally friendly even though we arrived late at night.
The breakfast was very nice, loads to choose from, good quality food, everyone would find something to eat. Personally I would like to see some local freshly baked rolls and pastries. Based on the food on offer, I could be anywhere in the world and wouldn't even know I'm in Czech. But everything was really tasty and beautifully presented
The room was beautiful and very very clean. Everything was immaculate and thought of. It had everything you need and felt very luxurious. I liked the little area to sit in with a coffee, there was also a desk and a separate cloak room.
The staircase is mind-blowing, I can't believe how much effort was put into restoration of a space that hardly anyone uses.
I would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I have stayed in many hotels in Prague but this one is my favourite. It is a classic, beautifully restored building that feels like a 5 star hotel
The only small issue I had was that the air con was not very clear to operate and having arrived in a heatwave, I felt a bit uncomfortable during the night as we didn't manage to set the lower temperature. The windows did not open so personally, I felt a bit claustrophobic and hot.
I'm sure the reception staff would have helped us but having arrived just before midnight, we went straight to sleep and had to leave early. My room was on the 6th floor so I would request a lower floor next time. But this was only a minor issue

An excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, great facilities, nice rooms, AC. All the staff is very nice and helpful.
If I were to nitpick, the mattresses are a little on the hard side.

Outstanding hotel…., nice large clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff. I will stay there again if I return to Prague.
It would be better if it were just a bit closer to the old town city center…, but the Bolt car service we used only cost about $7 per trip so that was OK.

The room itself is good, the decoration tasteful. Staff very helpful and breakfast enjoyable.
The bed mattress can do better, especially the sofa bed. sometimes noisy when cats passing by with sirens.

The bedroom was airy, spacious, and classically furnished. It was also exceptionally clean and the mattress, bedding, and curtains were very high quality. Furthermore, it was quiet and well insulated, with large windows.
The food offered at breakfast were not particularly high quality. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 11 on the weekends, but the staff in the dining room acted like it closed at the usual weekday time of 10. This meant that no fresh food was put on the buffet after 10 and that some dishes had already run out by this time.
The fact that there was a sex shop across the street brought down the classiness of the hotel.

The hotel is wonderful in a great location. The beds are comfortable and the room spacious. We loved our stay. The breakfast included is a plus and really delicious. Highly recommend.

We had the suite which had 2 rooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, so plenty of space for 2 people. Room comfortable and with good facilities like shower/tub. Good location near Wenceslas Square but not right on it.

Location was very close to tram station IP Pavlova, 7min walk to metro and 10-15min walk to city centrum. Breakfast selection was quite wide. I asked for quiet room and they organised us inner yard room that was very quiet and bed was excellent!
Location was bit far from the city by foot. I paid room with extra bed because our daughter joined us later but they claimed I have to pay 50eur/night more to cover cost for extra person and bed. I had to argue few days before they admitted that I need to pay only breakfast. Finally everything organised as planned!
