Lovely, warm, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. Good choice and plentiful breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

The location was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel was perfect for a family stay.

My room was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was central and trams very easily available. I'm looking forward to returning and staying longer, lots to enjoy in Prague!

Very nice, friendly staff, except first night in bar. Breakfast staff amazingly efficient. Comfortable room. Well maintained. Kettle in room.
Wide choice of breakfast items.
Within walking distance of town centre. Very near tram stop.
Bathroom cleaned daily and clean towels but didn't replenished soap and toiletries - or tea.
No hot water final morning.

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I saw comments about the rooms needing updating. I didn't think so at all. Check-in was easy. There is a spa, restaurant, bar and included breakfast. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and didn't get to try any of these. The restaurant/bar looked nice and they included 2 free drinks for us if we had used the restaurant. I would love to go again with more time to stay. The location is good - you are a 20-30 minute walk to old town but there is public transport within a short walk.
No concerns based on what we were able to use.

Unfortunately, when we arrived late night about 11:00pm, there were many hairs in the both beds sheets, hope could be better

Great location to the centre of Prague with just a few minutes walk to Wenceslas Square and National Museum. Close to Metro stations if using the local (excellent) transport system. Rooms were clean and had plenty of bathroom items. The power shower was a joy with lots of hot water. Breakfasts were very good with a great selection of freshly cooked items as well as cold cuts and fruit. Coffee, tea and juice were plentiful too.
The bar could be quite busy with only one person serving the restaurant and the bar
