The hotel is very nice and it’s in a good location. It’s close to the train but a bit of a walk to Old Town.
We were on a high floor so we didn’t have a view. This wasn’t horrible though bc we weren’t in the room much.

The hotel was very beautiful and pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. It wasn’t too far from the city center, and we were able to walk everywhere easily. Breakfast was also amazing.
On our first day, the blonde woman who greeted us in the lobby was a bit rude, and I didn’t like her attitude at all. Aside from her, everyone else was very nice and polite.

I love classy old hotels. This one does everything right- comfortable, convenient with lots of character and charm. Easy 5 minute walk to convenient tram system- the best way to get around Prague (other than by foot). Can walk to the old center, but we took trams.
Local streets have lots of traffic, but hotel has good windows to cut out the sound- wasn’t a problem for us.

Well sorted hotel with lots of ambiance, charm and character. Never have had live piano music at breakfast! (Only on Sunday, evidently.) A short walk to a major tram/ underground stops- I Pavlova, or Museo. Nice beds, clean, refrigerator, kettle…
Located on two busy streets with lots of traffic, but good windows. Didn’t keep us awake!

Location, spacious room
I found some almonds and dirt on the floor in my room, which was definitely left after previous guests, which tells me the room hasn’t been cleaned properly. Called it out to front desk after the first night asking to vacuum the floors, came back to see the same thing, asked again the next day and the receptionist suggested maybe it was me who brought it over with my shoes and didn’t notice. Basically rolled her eyes when I brought it up, and refused to admit that the room just hasn’t been cleaned properly. Said she’ll tell housekeeping, but yet again nothing was cleaned when I came back to the room in the evening.

Location is great - close to train station and easy to get around. The hotel has old fashion style and with all facilities for comfort e.g. comfortable bed & linen, large bathroom. Rate include excellent breakfast everyday, many high-quality choices. We would like to go back.

Good location, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.
The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The bathroom entrance requires stepping up quite high, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Housekeeping daily. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds.
Our payment cards would not work with their banking machines. They said this happens a lot. Wanted us to get cash. Location was not that close to the old town. I wouldn’t pick this location again. We asked for two twin beds and we got on bed with two twin duvets. Staff not the friendly or helpful.
