The breakfast had a good selection, although the menu was identical every day. It would be great if the hotel could vary the breakfast menu from day to day.
What we loved most was the piano in the lounge. My son was able to play it every day, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.

Location - its great, near to the tram & metro station.
Room- single bed for my kid was obscured by the pillar/wall , TV was not in front of the bed and it was at a very awkward angle, getting out of bathtub is a tak as you have to ber carfeul not to slip, housekeeping didnt clean the bed properly and didnt picked up the used coffe cups.
Breakfast was boring as it was same everyday ( I stayed there 5 days), for omlette you have tp pay extra which is very starnge as I have never heard about it and on the last day few things were over in the brekfast menu and it was still couple hours left for breakfast time to get over.
When I was trying to explain the front desk staff during checkout about my expereince, he was very rude and told me he is just wokring at the front desk and I should give my feedback direclty to manager.
Services could be better.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly staff. My parents have limited mobility which I had mentioned at the time of reservation, the staff took it into consideration and gave them an accessible room. Everywhere in the common area of the hotel was accessible as well which was great.

Entrance to parking was too narrow for our car. But they showed us another lot close to the hotel that worked out well.

It all went well. Comfortable room, great breakfast, good location (if you are walking to the station, it is a 15 mins very fast walk - sidewalks are not even!). We would def stay here again.
We got a room in 6th floor, ceiling windows instead of any other floor with regular windows.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, 10mins walk from the main train station and a 15-20min walk from the Old Square. The room was really big with a spacious bathroom, which was especially important as I was travelling with a family member. We were very pleased that the room's twin beds were completely separated and we were accommodated properly (compared to some other hotels, that twin beds only means two separate beds next to each other). The room was very clean, in a Czech style, and we could sleep really well despite the hotel being on a busy street. The AC worked well and we found that the included breakfast buffet suited our needs. Staff were friendly and we appreciated the onsite fridge to buy waters, wine, and beer from. There’s also a bar. Overall, it was great value for the price and we would definitely consider it again for our next trip to Prague!
Nothing major, we enjoyed staying here, just some small observations... It’s not the easiest spot to get Uber from, so we had to figure out the best spots in neighbouring streets and sometimes we couldn't get dropped off right at the hotel. Also, the bar / cafe didn’t open until 16:00. Sometimes we would have liked to be able to sit there and have a coffee in afternoon, or before we left.
