Everything, from the fact that you were welcomed with a smile to the fact that every floor smelled fresh. Properly maintained, staff would ask how you’re doing without even needing to ask.

Location and breakfast were fantastic
My room door was broke and wouldn't latch. They did come fix it by bending the piece back but it should have been replaced. Also didn't love the strict pool times for kiddos.

A brilliant place to stay. Superb location on the edge of the centre just a 5 minute walk away but quieter and close the the main station. Very nice rooms, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and bedding A superb buffet breakfast is available. Really good. Excellent facilities with a lovely spa and pool and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.
The laundry service was very very expensive. Be careful!!

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property was immaculately clean and well presented. Love the pool and steam rooms, one of the best layouts I have experienced and very clean. The quietest hotel I've stayed at. When I booked I was concerned it may have been to far from the old town, however the location was perfect, a short walk to the tourist attractions in a lovely part of town with good restaurants nearby.

Wow the place is amazing in all aspects. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff could not do more for you and we were treated like friends 15-20 min nice walk to the Old Town.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly.
The leisure suite was out of service during my stay. This was not ideal. Yes, the hotel communicated and provided alternative arrangements. It did negatively taint my personal experience.
