The servis and staff here is exceptional. Something I would expect in top luxury hotels globally. I booked very late and had some trouble with payment coming through, but Ricardo in particular made sure everything went through and communicated DURING the night before we arrived. Incredible. After arrival he made our stay even better with perks as well. Also, the breakfast here is phenomenal - just the right offering, not overwhelming, high quality ingredients. Very comfy beds and I love the showers here (not my first stay and def not my last).

The location was good
The rooms are extremely small—you can’t even open a large suitcase properly and the room feet outdated; the furniture is old and there is a noticeable humidity smell.
The housekeeping service also seems careless, as if they are doing only the bare minimum.
Also we could hear people slamming the doors at night.
The bathroom had a bathtub, but it appeared that it had not been cleaned or used in a long time.
The toilet was also problematic, you had to flush three or four times before it finally worked.
The gym is old and poorly maintained, one of the windows close to one of the treadmill would keep opening because the lock was not functioning.

The location is relatively good, the rooms are old. Ni & Nad are the best they helped me and were very nice. the lobby is the best thing about the hotel other than that its an average accomadation

The location was great. The entrance of the hotel was beautiful
The spa was a bit rundown and unfortunately the staff is not what you would expect in a 5 star hotel.

I loved everything! The breakfast was rich and varied, and every morning there was a different musician playing, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and cozy. The service is amazing—the staff is patient and kind. The hotel building itself is stunningly beautiful, and the location is excellent, close to everything."
I didn't like that there was a lot of stairs there to the rooms. Plus, the water coming out of the jacuzzi in the room was murky and rusty.

Not a lot.
We got our first room with dirty shower (hair and dirt in shower). Then we switched to a super small room which wasn’t clean as well (bed had food leftover under the blanket)
Only the third room was clean (I hope so)
The spa pool was warm but the “jacuzzi” was no a jacuzzi

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were nice and always tried their best to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.
The air conditioning in the room was not cold. Technicians came to check, but in the end I was asked to open the window instead. Unfortunately, the window was placed too high for me to reach, which made it very inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room also could have been better
