We had a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, the breakfast was excellent, and the spa area was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Junior Suite (Room 212), which was beautiful and very comfortable. The room is located on the tramway side, so there was a bit of noise at times, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had already taken extra measures with additional sound insulation — a thoughtful detail we really appreciated. Guest Relations and the team at the entrance were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. On our departure day, they even arranged a taxi for us with a driver who spoke German such a considerate touch that made our trip even smoother. One small thing we only discovered on our last day was the humidifier placed in the room. It would have been great to know about it earlier, as the air conditioning can be quite drying. With earlier information, we would have definitely used it to improve the room’s air quality. Overall, our experience was truly excellent, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were upgraded to a larger room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The spa is great. The location is central but quiet and very accessible. The staff is helpful and professional. We celebrated our anniversary in the room. We received chocolate and champagne.

The Prague Carlo IV is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. I took my daughter there for her 30th birthday and they accommodated with cake and balloons. The Spa is so relaxing, I absolutely would return.
