I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Prague and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made check-in and our stay smooth. The valet parking service was also efficient and very helpful, especially in a busy city like Prague.
However, there were a couple of disappointments. We experienced a drainage issue in the bathroom, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. To their credit, the staff addressed and resolved the issue promptly, which I appreciated.
One thing I found unnecessary and a bit off-putting was the thank-you gesture at checkout — we were given chocolates, which unfortunately turned out to be expired. I believe it would have been better not to offer anything at all than to give something past its date.
All in all, it’s a good hotel with great service and location, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

The architecture of the building is amazing. The breakfast was very rich in every way. Nice relaxing live harp playing during breakfast.
The location was clean, safe and close to everything
The superior rooms are small. So if you like spacious rooms don't book superior.

The hotel is stylish, I felt there really good. I would return. The bed was comfy, the airco was smart to keep the room at the ideal temp.
The breakfast is SO good. The pool and sauna are very good as well.
The view from my room 325 was bad. The room was superb, but the view not. I can see an ugly white wall.

wet nice reception area & staff very nice
our room was smaller than we were expecting & the plug in the basin in our bathroom was not working - when it was closed you couldn’t open it. this was not repaired during our stay. i reported to reception that one of the toilet doors off the breakfast area did not lock and that the tap was faulty. i’m surprised that staff did not report the leaking/ faulty tap earlier
