Very Good
The hotel is stylish, I felt there really good. I would return. The bed was comfy, the airco was smart to keep the room at the ideal temp.
The breakfast is SO good. The pool and sauna are very good as well.
The view from my room 325 was bad. The room was superb, but the view not. I can see an ugly white wall.

wet nice reception area & staff very nice
our room was smaller than we were expecting & the plug in the basin in our bathroom was not working - when it was closed you couldn’t open it. this was not repaired during our stay. i reported to reception that one of the toilet doors off the breakfast area did not lock and that the tap was faulty. i’m surprised that staff did not report the leaking/ faulty tap earlier

Location and breakfast.
Super small rooms, dirty water running in the bathroom, old TVs that you can connect to Netflix, stains on the wall and ceiling, toilet and shower are old, broken coffee machine, no snacks in the spa (5 star hotel), very basic spa.

Beautiful building inside and out, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, lovely big swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and perfect location in a quiet street right beside the Old Town. It was my birthday while I was staying there and they sent a card and gift from the hotel to the room, such a nice surprise. Service is above and beyond, I couldn't recommend this hotel enough

beautiful lobby
nice, spacious spa and pool area, saunas are properly hot at the opening hour
staff is very pleasant
no problem with earlier check in/later check out
it lacks a bit to be a true 5 star hotel indeed
all the additional pool facilities (jacuzzi, river etc) were off during our stay
no complimentary water in the room
blackout curtains are not properly hanged and let in a lot of light
view from our room was a windowless rundown wall of the next building
very old and loud air conditioning you cannot switch off
breakfast is generous but some products lack quality (pancakes, scrambled eggs)

Disappointing
I did like the lobby and where it was as a location very beautiful
I didnt like at all the room as they did upgrade from the previous room as they said it was deluxe room but it did leave to wish for more as the window didn’t even have a handle to open for fresh air also the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned well by the cleaning crew
Was very small room for the price we paid didn’t really have anything special as they said that the room i did book before they had limited rooms with a bathtub and they changed it and gave us a room without a bathtub
Really unsatisfying as a stay Although the staff was kind
