Wonderful
Definately ask for a Room on the 1st Floor. The Tram Vibration is Not accepabley. They offened is to Change, but changing afterwards involvolves Packing, same Category Not available etc…stay Away from the first Floor. The hotel should rededicate the Room for other purpsese (sorry, but despite of Overall experinece some critique here)

Room very nice, staff excellent, location excellent, breakfast very tasty and plentiful.
Room got very hot at night and despite trying to adjust the thermostat it made no difference.

Good location close to Old Town area -and trams nearby .
Excellent staff , friendly and so professional .
Beautiful building , comfortable room and very good spa and pool .
Could do with better bar snacks and more vegetarian food on menu .

Very polite staff. Always smiling, helpful. When booking the room, I asked for a bathtub in the room, and I would like to thank for providing it. The location is perfect, 10 minutes to the center.
I got engaged at this hotel. We will definitely come back here again…
Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend placing a trash bin outside near the hotel, as we didn’t want to leave litter on the ground.

Such a beautiful hotel inside. We loved the impressive lobby and bar and walking up the sweeping staircase to our room
The spa was perfect- calming and a lovely way to relax after all the walking around d the city.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The harpist at breakfast was fantastic and it felt very surreal to see live music first thing in the morning. Food was delicious too. Lobby and hotel in general was beautiful. Spa was a dream! Water was a big too cold for my preference but I still loved it
I wish we had stayed in the older part of the hotel though as our room wasn’t as pretty as some of the others. Very comfortable and a great stay regardless. The water in the pool was too cold for my liking
