The entrance of the hotel has a lot of stairs- no the hotel fault but it wasn’t mentioned before the stay and he’s not accessible.
We waited a very long time for the amenities before eventually giving up.
In addition, I contacted the hotel before our arrival to ask whether it would be possible to provide a room that met our accessibility needs. I was told they would do their best to accommodate our request. However, when we arrived, we discovered that such a room was not actually available.
Although the staff tried to offer us an alternative, when we got to the room it had not been prepared as discussed, and we had to wait even longer while it was rearranged and made ready for us.

Of course the glam and sparkle of the place was great. The breakfast WAS AMAZING. The staff were all so so nice.
Omg the room they gave us was in some corner and even though I paid for a room with a view, the view we got was of the wall. And also, the room itself was tiny and the bathroom sucked.

The Hotel lobby, restaurant, wonderful breakfast along with a 5 star staff. I saw some rooms on the ground floor that were beautiful.
Gosh I hate saying this but I had booked 3 rooms and all of them were hot. Mine, room 415 needed carpet cleaning really bad and the the furniture was badly dinged up and it was a really tight room. When I booked the rooms it was a delux double the pictures on the website for my room lead to believe it would be nicer.
Supreme would have been better. I did complain about the A/C no results.

Location and breakfast were fantastic
My room door was broke and wouldn't latch. They did come fix it by bending the piece back but it should have been replaced. Also didn't love the strict pool times for kiddos.
