Wow the place is amazing in all aspects. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff could not do more for you and we were treated like friends 15-20 min nice walk to the Old Town.
Nothing all was perfect, would highly recomend.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly.
The leisure suite was out of service during my stay. This was not ideal. Yes, the hotel communicated and provided alternative arrangements. It did negatively taint my personal experience.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room (we had booked superior) and the bed was a great size and made for comfortable sleeping. The curtains were entirely blackout and covered beyond the area of the windows, so the room was completely black during sleeping, which helped us sleep well throughout the night. The spa was nice but we found the pool and jacuzzi to be a bit on the cooler side. However, the team and sauna rooms were very good and very hot! The staff were very friendly and were always polite and kind. It is well-located, not too busy in the surrounding area and well connected to everywhere else to visit and explore.
The pool and jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer, but this is only a minor feedback.

Definately ask for a Room on the 1st Floor. The Tram Vibration is Not accepabley. They offened is to Change, but changing afterwards involvolves Packing, same Category Not available etc…stay Away from the first Floor. The hotel should rededicate the Room for other purpsese (sorry, but despite of Overall experinece some critique here)

Room very nice, staff excellent, location excellent, breakfast very tasty and plentiful.
Room got very hot at night and despite trying to adjust the thermostat it made no difference.
