The pool and sauna facilities were top notch, but the fitness centre was rather small-- there were so many machines packed into a small space and very little floor space.
The room was smaller than I expected.

1. the staff didn't valet park our car, instead, the staff has us to drive into the tiny garage that was very difficult, plus no other customers did the parking themselves. don't understand why the staff did this to us

This is a great hotel and strongly recommend staying here when visiting Prague. Staff were consistently brilliant - Martin was very friendly and helped with our bags and the ladies on check in were professional, warm and shared information. People on the door greeted us and wished us and excellent day. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and the spa pool and sauna were very relaxing and also quiet. Hotel location ideal for exploring Prague and also no road traffic noise when in our hotel room.
Door of wardrobe needs a small repair but everything else was fantastic!

The breakfast was amazing and the entry area was so stunning
The staff in reception were not the friendliest when we arrived unfortunately and the room we got after waiting for awhile had absolutely no view whatsoever

Staff are friendly, the entrance and lobby are stunning and feel very luxurious. For a 5 star hotel, the main areas are what you expect.
Our bags never made it to the room, we had to go back down to the lobby and get them ourselves - I'd rather the staff just didn't offer as it was a bit frustrating. The spa (reason why we booked the hotel) was not open during our stay, I wasn't told before travelling or upon booking, that was very disappointing. They said we can use the spa in the Hilton down the road, which we did, it was tiny and full of children screaming, not exactly ideal so didn't use it again. The room was just ok, for a 'deluxe' upgrade it really wasn't as big or special as I'd hoped and the shower leaked which was a bit annoying.
