Wonderful
We were a group of 6 ladies. It was our first time in Prague, the staff were friendly and gave us good recommendations on what to see or do. The hotel is close to all the ‘must see’ areas, like charles bridge , prague castle etc. There is a tram close to the hotel. It’s a wonderful hotel for families and friends. Am planning to visit this hotel with my family.

We were celebrating a birthday there and the staff prepared everything I asked for and even more. The room decoration, beautiful flowers, champagne and a sweet.
The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was good. You can order additional meals from the menu for free.

Staff was amaizing! Very welcoming, quick to answer and provide information. Breakfast was very good, with variety of food and drinks. Historical lobby is astonishing. Location in close proximity of train station and old city. Comfortable bed and pillows
Furniture is dated, hotel rooms need renovation. Air circulation in bathroom didn't work, toilet didn't flush properly. Floor near steam room in spa is very slippery - it's dangerous

The pictures lie this is definitely not a 5 star hotel at most 3 star quite disappointed for the price was expected decent hotel was so out dated the room was dirty and the shower water was green

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The breakfast was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options. The spa and pool facilities truly elevated the experience, offering complete relaxation and comfort. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. We definitely love to come back!

The staff were exceptional. We had the most wonderful stay at Carlo iv. The Presidential suite (an upgrade from our booked suite) was a fabulous surprise that made our trip even more memorable. The staff were so considerate. A big shout out to Maria and the doorman with the neat ponytail (apologies i have forgotten your name). Breakfast was great, as was the bar and spa.
We would certainly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thanks for having us!!!

The hotel is a musuem by it self, it used to be a Bank, they kept as is, the staff are friendly and check it was easy and fast, room was cozy and comfortable, breakfast has verity and delicious, to to close to the center which give it a plus away from the crowed and accessible by taxis, I would stay there aging
