Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged an early check-in for us. Quick and smooth check-in process. Our room was large, clean, and well-equipped with high-quality facilities. Perfect central location. One of the best small luxury hotels I’ve stayed at. Will definitely return!

everything was good except TV programing
TV programming directed only one way politicly and that is NOT right. after all we all have a right to our opinion and paying for the hotel room that only sides with one and not the other makes you want to go to other hotel next time.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful with outstanding service! I loved everything about my stay - from the warm welcome drinks to the polite, professional, and friendly reception staff. The food was exceptional, and the room was incredibly cosy. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located in the heart of Prague. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The staff is professional and friendly. Very clean facilities. Location is excellent - not in the middle of everything but only walking distance to Charles Bridge and anything close by. Rooms are decent sized and very clean. I am definitely staying here again next time.

Location was great , very comfortable room great bed lovely bathroom staff very nice and easy to deal with
Nothing really … have only small suggestion: feather down pillows would be extremely comfortable and I think it’s a must in a hotel these days
Also towels could be newer and fluffier
