Beautiful room, lovely amenities. Hotel arranged transfer to and from airport as well as private city and food tours. They were also very generous to allow a late checkout when our flights were delayed. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The location is a short walk into the Old Town, but also in a location that keeps the hotel quiet. We appreciated the air conditioning on some very hot days. The breakfast was very large with all the choices you need. Staff at breakfast were a bit standoffish, but overall we would gladly stay here again!

The hotel was excellent—the room, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. The entire staff is simply wonderful and helpful in every way possible—especially Fir and George at reception, and the charming hotel manager. We will definitely return to the hotel.

Everything was excellent—the service, the friendliness, the location, and the cleanliness. The entire reception team—Peter and George—as well as the hotel manager, are charming and courteous; they are helpful with everything and truly accommodating to guests. We will definitely return.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient.

Clean, safe, excellent location, friendly smiling young people at front desk, great barman, nice common area to have a drink (complimentary), very modern but comfortable and relaxing at the same time. And super clean! As others pointed out hotel provides free walking tour of Prague. There were about 10 guests from the hotel who joined. I found the tour to be excellent. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It looked nicely presented. I wish we had more time to spend in cosy library room but our stay was short... Overall it was very enjoyable stay.
I was given room across the elevator. We arrived late and I didn't notice it. I believe the hotel would accommodate my request to be moved would I ask. But it was no sound really, maybe because the room was on the first floor and people used stairs (I did). Another little thing: door into shower is made of heavy glass (beautiful) and it was a little hard to open/close. Nothing to change my opinion that it was an excellent stay overall.

The facilities and location are excellent.
The highlights are the Lobby, Breakfast, Gym, and sauna areas.
Our room and bath were contemporary and comfortable.
We loved the property.
We only wish there were some consideration with regard to our scheduled midnight check-in, and available late night snack options.
It was suggested at check-in that we download a Bolt app for food delivery…, when in fact we discovered on our own that there were some walkable late-night food options nearby.
Better training of night reception is suggested.

The place was beautiful. The room was very nice, the design of the room is very luxury, cozy and outstanding. Loved it! The hotel is beautiful.
Both saunas and jacuzzi weren’t turned on and there was nobody there to help me.

Very pleasant and well maintained hotel, a few steps away from the historical center.
Our suite was great especially the bathroom. Library and spa are very nice, special mention for the massage, extremely relaxing. The breakfast was very good quality.
Just the curtains in the room which aren't very easy to open and close.

We loved the light, easy-going vibe of the place and its design, particularly the library room, which felt cozy and inspiring. The small complimentary touches made a big impression — the free city tour, wine tasting, and the croissants and coffee available in the library were a lovely bonus.
The library selection itself was excellent and thoughtfully curated — such a cool and unique detail that really added character to the hotel.
Overall, it felt warm, creative, and carefully designed, with great attention to guests’ comfort.
The room was a bit small, but for an event of this scale everything was very well suited. The space felt cool, cute, modern, and perfectly organized, making it comfortable and functional despite its size.
Overall, it worked beautifully for the format and atmosphere of the event.

Central location, modern open spaces with restaurant availability-room was excellent and staff were fantastic.
No ironing board or iron-minor issue..not a show stopper.
