Almost everything, from amazing location in the heart of ol Prague close to all major amenities of Old Town to friendly and professional staff who were very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit and accommodated our every need (even upgraded us to a junior suite from a standard double). Special thanks to Victoria at the reception desk who was invaluable to us and gave us excellent recommendations for the sight seeing in Prague and made our stay most memorable and enjoyable!
The bar was serving really delicious and exquisite cocktails and loved the general ambiance of a quiet luxury of this place.
Looking forward to the next visit, I know where I will be staying for sure
If I’m being very picky, I would say the restaurant menu was a bit below the very high standards of this hotel. I found the variety and the meals could have been a little more sophisticated for the place, but generally the food was good.
