A wonderful hotel in every way. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything.
We especially appreciated that after check-out, we were allowed to remain at the hotel and continue enjoying all of its facilities without any restrictions. This was a very thoughtful gesture and made our final day even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is elegant, luxurious, and perfectly located in a very central area. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality food.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

Perfect location to explore the old parts of the city, a nice and comfortable room, good breakfast with some daily varieties, professional and kind staff & extra treats (a free guided walking tour on Saturday morning, a lovely booklet as a souvenir).

Staff, location, comfortable beds and pillows
Someone hacked their booking system and took my card information, the bank cancelled it anyway and I couldn’t use the card for the rest of my trip
Also who hacked their system took all my information including my phone number and didn’t stop sending me links from different numbers on WhatsApp asking for other card information pretending they’re the hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is located less than 5 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Old Town, but on a quiet side street. The rooms are modern, we'll equipped and all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. They were always ready to assist and provided great recommendations for restaurant, attractions and helped with booking of tickets. Highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Prague.
There honestly wasn't anything that we found lacking. The hotel bar is more functional, and perhaps lacked some charm, but that's more of a design issue- there really isn't that much space dedicated to the bar or reception.
