Renovated in 2015, Bishop's House is a design hotel in the heart of the historical center of Prague, only 197 feet from Charles Bridge and the Vltava river and a 10-minute walk from Prague Castle. It offers free WiFi in the entire hotel. The main hotel building dates back to the 16th century and has an empire façade from 1843. Guests can also choose accommodations in a Gothic tower which was a former official seat of the bishop, first mentioned in the 13th century. All rooms are air-conditioned. The top-floor tower rooms feature beautiful ceilings, reminiscent of the long history of the house. Please note that some rooms are accessible only by stairs. When booking 9 or more people or 4 or more rooms for the same date, through one or more bookings, the hotel may apply different payment and cancellation policies. The location of the hotel is excellent! Charles Bridge was a 3 minute walk away! Also, despite this great location, we live in a quiet place at the end of the street. The food was good too! A highlight is the prosecco, which gives a bit of a shick vibe. The beds are comfortable for sleeping and the hotel has good soundproofing. I did not hear any noise from the neighbours in the hotel. I must say that this is rare for houses that are over 100 years old.

Perfect central, yet quite location to discover the city, staff welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast selection, very clean and comfortable hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Truly excellent location best in the centre i say. A little quieter but you can walk ten mins into the main square I would highly recommend for the location. Lots of places to eat and see within walking distance, next to the gorgeous Charles bridge too. The hotel Staff are really friendly, helpful lovely people.
No outdoor seating for coffee or just to relax. Breakfast was very disappointing sadly, old fruit, no individual yoghurts and a lack of healthy cereals. My room 31 had a lovely view and was very spacious but was looking a little tired in areas wallpaper peeling and lots of marks on the bathroom door, didn’t feel very luxurious. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep well, I was also very cold at night even with the extra blanket provided even though the weather was warm. The coffee machine was a great bonus but leaked everywhere each day I had to keep mopping up the water.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Prague. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with large, comfortable beds—though the pillows could be improved. The bathrooms were also very nice, but unfortunately, the hairdryer in one of our rooms didn’t work properly. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was perfect for us, just across the Charles Bridge from the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was quite basic, but I haven’t rated the hotel lower as this may simply be the standard in Prague. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor areas for improvement. Would recommend!
Pillows could be improved and the breakfast is very basic.
