Wonderful staff, room was perfect with very comfy bed and fantastic bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Great recommendations for tours and restaurants. We did the all day guided tour with lunch. Amazing way to get overall sites in first day. Loved it!
No fault of hotel, but couldn’t get a late checkout as fully booked that evening. We had a late flight home.

Great location, central and close to Charles Bridge. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety. Tea and coffee on offer all day and afternoon cakes and pastries. Staff are very helpful and welcoming.
We were located on the 4th floor in the roof, it was quite dark and there were only very small windows, it did mean we got a great view over the rooftops, if we stood on our tip toes! The shower was quite unreliable with low water pressure and often just stopped altogether at busy times in the morning leaving you standing covered in soap and a bit cold for at least a couple of minutes. I’ve stayed before and lower floor rooms are bright and airy.

Old traditional building, fully refurbished inside but keeping the vaulted ceilings and character. Super clean inside the rooms and general hotel areas.
Perfect location, almost on the Charles Bridge, but no noise at night, even with the windows open. Would prefer this location rather than being further into the old town as you get the benefits of both.
Great breakfast with lots of choice, coffee available all day free of charge and cakes provided in the afternoons.
Hard to fault, struggling to think of something to mention, other than sometimes at breakfast a second coffee machine would be beneficial, but getting really picky to mention that.

Bishop’s House was in an ideal location at the foot of Charles Bridge in Mala Strana, perfect for exploring both sides of the river. The hundreds year old building coupled with the contemporary design was cool, and our room actually had an original little chapel in it that was carved out of the thick old walls. Alice, the receptionist/concierge was delightful and so very welcoming and helpful. She booked a last minute reservation for us at an exquisite restaurant called V Zlatisi, which made for a perfect ending to our trip. Highly recommend Bishop’s House and especially the hospitality Alice showed us. Thank you!

The location was perfect! A great base to be able to walk to all that Prague has to offer. The hotel was as described, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms, all the amenities you would possibly need.The buffet breakfast was superb and the little things like a welcome drink and hot beverages available all day in the lobby made it that little bit more special. Also the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and her help and suggestions made our short 3 day stay hassle free.
There was absolutely nothing not to like.

Really friendly, helpful and accomodating team, especially Alice, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Fizz and pastries was a lovely welcome. Location is amazing - better than we hoped and easy access to explore all of this beautiful city. Super comfy, clean room, lovely breakfast. Great little find - look no further!

A very nice and clean restaurant in a great location. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast had a variety of food. Complimentary tea and coffee was available throughout the day. Our bedroom was a nice size with a large bed, the room was spotless. Nice that there was a supermarket and shops in the next street.
