A good breakfast in a cozy enviroment. The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel was superb.

Location close to downtown and good breakfasts
Room to small, bathroom to small and the lack of shower make it very uncomfortable, we hat to climb to the tub and it’s a little unsafe, not recommended for an older person.

The hotel location was great only 5 minutes walk from the old town and the hotel itself has a great interior with timber beams and old swords and other weapons on the walls giving it a historical feel. The staff were great.

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quiet, quite peaceful despite being on the main street. The staff are helpful.

This turned out unexpectedly to be the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is central and excellent for access to all parts of the city.
The staff were delightful, welcoming and helpful and a very decent breakfast was provided.
If you want a posh, all mod cons hotel this is not for you but if you’re looking for rustic charm, a warm welcome, clean rooms and a central location this is perfect.
There is no lounge area to speak of and no bar. Not an issue for us.

The location is the best, can not be better, and it is the greatest asset.
You are literally 5 min. distance from Charles's bridge in the actual Old Town.
The bed mattress was terrible, it was some improvised mattress, as well as the pillows.
There is a constant smell in the hotel of bleach or some cleaning product, and in the morning, the breakfast smell is for sure reaching your room, if not waking you up.

Attic room might be a bit low for someone tall and you can’t sit up on bed. Smart TV might have been an added bonus.
