The bed was comfortable, the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was good- a lot of different choices.
The headboard was peeling- it was older, it needed to be replaced. The couch also looked old. The carpet had some stains and needed a good cleaning

Great location, friendly staff, large room is spacious.
Pre-cleaning of the room could have been better. Some maintenance needed as well. (hairdryer was held together with tape, shower head hose is leaking)

Check in was quick, the hotel is in a quiet square in the old town just a short walk from the river.
The room decoration was a little tired and would benefit from an update.
No Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Excellent breakfast in a medieval style basement.
Great location, in the old historic town centre and walkable to many interesting places.
Shower in a high bath, with no shower curtain or splatter barrier.

For a three star hotel everything was perfect. The location is wery good,and you can even park your car for an additional fee.

Location close to downtown and good breakfasts
Room to small, bathroom to small and the lack of shower make it very uncomfortable, we hat to climb to the tub and it’s a little unsafe, not recommended for an older person.

The hotel location was great only 5 minutes walk from the old town and the hotel itself has a great interior with timber beams and old swords and other weapons on the walls giving it a historical feel. The staff were great.

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quiet, quite peaceful despite being on the main street. The staff are helpful.

This turned out unexpectedly to be the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is central and excellent for access to all parts of the city.
The staff were delightful, welcoming and helpful and a very decent breakfast was provided.
If you want a posh, all mod cons hotel this is not for you but if you’re looking for rustic charm, a warm welcome, clean rooms and a central location this is perfect.
There is no lounge area to speak of and no bar. Not an issue for us.
