The location was great. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet staff provided excellent service and accommodated all requests.

breakfast is good , room is spacious , location is good in the "new town" with lots of bars and restaurant in a walking distance of 10 minutes ...the Old town is abt 20-25 minutes walking distance and staff is very helpful
the room is bit oldfashioned i could say , there were 2 sockets in the bathroom not working for the hairdryer, the bathroom has bathtub which is found also oldfashioned too ..

We spent 4 nights at this hotel while we explored Prague. It's perfectly situated in the city allowing you to visit the Museums, castle and river without much issue (1-3 miles).
We paid for a room breakfast which was to my expectations - breakfast was nice and was running for several hours with staff regularly keeping food and drinks topped up.
Staff at the check in desk and café are very friendly and bilingual.
For the money, it's a great location, which we will be rebooking in future if we come back to Czech.

View outside of the room could use updating as it's a bit botched. Roofing covered by scrap wood and old tools.

Staff very kind, room was large enough, bathroom good, breakfast good but i wouldn'say it was excellent
Breakfast could have been better (there is almost no fruit e.g. bananas), in the room power sockets next to bed did not work which was very uncovenient.

Everything was quite good to be honest. Breakfast was really good, location is also okay, 20 minutes walk you're in old town. Also the staff was friendly.
Minor things, the hotel itself is a bit old, therefore some amenities were a bit old. Also some minor things were not provided in the room like slippers and toothbrush.

An exceptional breakfast. Catered for everyone. Worth noting that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room (we didn’t have our dogs but noticed it)
