We liked absolutely everything, the room was not big but cozy, comfortable (we especially liked high ceilings) and very clean. Perfectly located, we stayed just a couple of days, as tourists and were able to reach a lot of sightseeings by feet, within a walking distance. There was even kind of hand drawn map in the room, of what to see nearby. Excellent breakfast, tasty and varied. And very likeable, friendly and professional staff. So we may definitely say we really felt at home.
Hard to say, we didn't note anything.

Was trying the get close to the hop on off bus. Stop at our location after 130 which made for a lot of walking. Probably not the properties fault.

Good value hotel, very close to excellent tram stops that take you everywhere, cheaply and frequently. Excellent breakfast, large comfortable room.
Although clean and functional, the bathrooms need updating. I'd much rather have a good strong shower that's easy to enter than a handset above a bath.

Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel needs renovation, the room furniture and bathroom is too old.
The hotel does not have any facilities, like a gym or a bar, the lobby area is very basic. It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, barely 3 stars.
I was charged 120CZK for a bottle of water :)

Morning breakfast staff Svetlana and Iva were very helpful in making our stay pleasant. Always seeing to our needs during breakfast. Very warm service.
I wanted a stand alone shower, unfortunately the hotel does not have it.

The location is great, it’s near by the old town but also quite as well. With the block-out curtains, you can sleep tight and don’t be worried about the sun in the early morning. We spent 4 nights and had 5 breakfasts, each breakfast they offer the different food made by chefs (I meant e.g. toast with different toppings), which make the hotel is totally worth to stay even longer. :)
