The shower water temperature was little erratic. Adjusting the temperature was tricky.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly. There was a great selection for breakfast. Very quiet and relaxing.
I can't fault anything. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice location, close enough to the center, but away from the party crowd.
I was on a business trip and would have preferred a slightly earlier breakfast.

We planned for 3 night stay but due to unexpected family emergency we had to leave after 1 night and they were very understanding of the situation. Hotel was also very good for the time we spent.

Room was cleaned daily. Nice and helpful staff. Maria and George who checked me in made me feel welcomed.

Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Good breakfast - plenty of choice. The location was close to tram stops which allowed easy travel around the city.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was very good, within walking distance of the city centre. If you’re not in the mood for walking, the tram and subway are both within 5 minutes. The room size was good, and the staff were excellent — nothing extra was ever a problem. I was pleasantly surprised, and this will definitely not be my last stay here.
