Wonderful
Hotel was perfectly located for our needs, as we were attending social events that were close by. The Old Town was easily reached by foot (20 minute walk) or by tram (5-7 minutes). Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, cooked to order options and served until 11 everyday which is not common,
Only fault was unable to connect our phones to the television, something we appreciate when abroad, should we choosed to have a night in.

The hotel met all my expectations. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and pleasantly warm for late November when it was quite cold outside. Also liked the breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty.
The tram stops and metro station are very close to the hotel, which made it super convenient to reach all the places I needed especially for reaching the Old Town (and outside of it), though you can also easily walk there in about 15–20 minutes.
Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would gladly return.

The location of the property was great.

The breakfast was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location was very good, near the tram station and walkable to the centre

Property is nice and it’s location is reasonable location to stay in.
Food Variety were not good at all and has a very very limited breakfast items.
Not providing a bottles of water to the room.
In general it was ok for one vacation but not to be repeat the experience there again.

The breakfast was very good and the location was good too since the metro transit system was very convenient to take or even by foot the walking distance to the old town was only about 30 minutes!
The room provides the coffee maker, however we like to drink hot water so it would be nice if they can provide kettle in the room.

Good breakfast and very helpful kitchen staff.
The staff at the lobby was also very helpful.
It was great to get an earlier check in and also have a place to store bags
It would be nice for the breakfast to have a hand sanitizer as people enter or before people dish food.

Breakfast was super. Fresh fruit, order eggs, bacon and toast. Staff very friendly. Location quiet but close to all. Good air-conditioning.
Coffee machine could be better at breakfast.
