It was close to the public transport
Very quiet at night
The young people that worked on the reception were fantastic nothing was too much trouble
The staff in the restaurant were always replenishing the breakfast buffet and they were polite and respectful
Unfortunately there were some maintenance problems in the reception area it would be great if there was a bar to sit and wind down in the evenings

I like the location, it's close to the Charles bridge and old town but in a nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds, electric sockets and usb chargers in convenient spots in the room, coffee machine, bathtub in the bathroom.
Breakfast options could be improved.

We were a group that stayed at this hotel. Everyone was happy. Very friendly and professional staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Everything was ok, we will return next year.

Staff very friendly, its in a walking distance from everything, consider Prague its walkable, so its not in the center of the city but to the main sightsseen .
Breakfast was excellent and the service staff very efficient.
Rooms are in good shape except the bathroom! Our bathtub took ages to drain, also the top of the sink was cracked as well as the door!

Hotel with helpful staff and amazing break fast crew .....very discipline..all Cheerfull...... Breakfast waszan exception...fantastic
No iron in the room..you have to get it from reception..I burnt my shirt because iron i got was set to maximum....
Only, dauring checkk in time ..the reception ( STEVEN) I i think he had a bad day( May be) ...Not smiling , speaking very Bossy which this is the only thing i did not like during my stay.
