The AMEDIA Express Praha is located in the Chodov district of Prague, 1640 feet from the Centrum Chodov shopping mall and a 20-minute metro ride from the Old Town. It offers quiet, air-conditioned rooms, a bar, and free WiFi. The rooms feature contemporary décor in warm tones and Prague-themed artwork on the walls. All include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area and a bathroom with shower. The Amedia Praha serves a daily breakfast buffet. Guests can order beer, cocktails and pizza, and read complimentary newspapers at the hotel's lobby bar and café. A free safety deposit box is available at the reception, and guests can rent iPads with internet access. Unfortunately, due to the air conditioning system and the soundproof design, the windows can’t be opened. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Elevators!bed is comfortable.Breakfast is good Room clean on everyday basis! Welcome drink and apples!

Breakfast was good, enough choices for pastries, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables and fruits. Scrambled eggs only. Good selection of coffee and juices. Room was clean and functional. The wi-fi worked well, no issues. In doors parking, parking spaces big enough for a sedan. Location is in walking distance to metro station and very close to two bus stations that connect to metro / tram, getting to / from center without car was very easy.
Rooms are on the smaller size. Two adults and one child will feel cramped.

- hotel keeps same standard even after many stays - polite crew - many parking options, free or paid - breakfast is tasty, multiple options, all fresh - room was clean

Nice hotel outside the city center, but with the good connection to the city. Popular for tourist groups, so during the breakfast and check-uot time is so difficult to catch the lift or go through reception. But basically clean, good hotel for reasonable price.

The room is small, but it's totally enough for a short stay. The breakfast hostess was amazing!! Her name was Dinga (or so) and she was owning the situation, managing everything wonderfully! She deserves a raise!

The room was nice and had air con, which is rare for Czech hotels. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very helpful. Although the hotel was far away from the city center the area was good, like a business and shopping area.
The hotel was about a 15 minute walk away from the metro and some distance from the city centre. You can get to the airport in just over an hour.

Cleanliness.
Food--only one restaurant in walking distance (KFC), must take a bus to reach others.Very far out of town so $50 for taxi fare. Taxi drivers will try to drastically overcharge you with one taxi trying to charge me $70 for a one way fare!Out of space!

Severe problems with food--only option for dinner was pizza after 6 PM; No laundry facilities--must send it out; So far from town and taxis so expensive it cost $50 in taxis for any activities. Couldn't find bus stop, tram doesn''t go that far. Staff was helpful but not consistent. Most hotels with a bar will allow customers to get ice--none here until after 6 PM.

It is near the highway. We were in the midst of our journey and had one stop. Overall, it met our requirements.
