Belvedere Hotel is located in the Letna area, a 10-minute tram ride from Old Town Square and Prague Castle. It offers free internet in all areas. Calm cosy retro feel, and that it was accessible to the touristy part of town without being too close to it . Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast to start the morning. Had several options with my histamine intolerance.
Note it is up a hill . The walk though is beautiful across the bridge

The housekeeping did marvelous job. Kudos to them. Overall I was missing AC but I should have checked that before booking - that is a mistake on my side.
I guess the corridors were a bit old-ish. To me (as I was each day walking down the stairs) it seemed like I am exiting a maze with a style that reminded me an old power plant from the 90s.

We originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Superior room. The hotel also allowed us to check in two hours early, which was a lovely gesture. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and the room was very comfortable and well-appointed. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Prague. Highly recommended!

I really liked the breakfast! It was everything and even more than needed. The breakfast area is beautiful! The stuff is sooo kind and nice. No lines for coffee - its already a rare thing in the hotels :)

The property was at a good location at Prague7 and transport spots. Breakfast was good and had various options.
1. The room based in the executive floor was extremely stuffy and not great for people who like fresh air and daylight. AC did not work well and was disruptive throughout the night. - -Windows were not allowed to be opened and were locked. 2. The hotel staff was not able to accommodate basic requests at the desk such as “wine-opener” and said they just don’t have it and the kitchen is closed without offering any alternatives. 3. Our room was right next to the massage reception so would hear a lot of activity and phone ringing outside. 4. Walls were very thin- could hear the next room.

The suites are really nice and comfy. Nice beds, bath tub. Great breakfast. Michal P. in reception does everything to make you comfortable. He even carried my bags to my room.
Some staff reception are not that polite, they don't greet or notice you. Pity, there is no concierge at the hotel.

I loved the executive room it was on its own floor the executive floor.
The room I originally got was excellent but at the front of the hotel facing onto the road with trams going up and down. The manager promptly changed it to the back of the hotel.
