We had a wonderful stay at Golden Angel Suites by Adrez with my family. Everything was absolutely perfect.
The apartment was super clean and very well maintained. You can really feel that they care about the comfort of their guests.
The location is amazing - simply unbeatable! All the main attractions are just 3-4 minutes away on foot. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable because we could walk everywhere.
It was also very quiet and peaceful. No one disturbed us, and we felt completely comfortable and relaxed during our stay.
A big plus was the free luggage locker. It was very convenient to leave our suitcases there after check-out and continue exploring the city without any stress.
Thank you for such a great experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

EXCELLENT LOCATION. WALKING DISTANCE TO MAIN ATTRACTIONS. MIDDLE OF TWO CHRISTMAS MARKET
FLOORING HAS WORN OUT. NEED IMMEDIATE CHANGING. SHOULD KEEP SOME BASIC GROCERY. UTENSILS WERE VERY LIMITED. WE WERE FAMILY OF 4 AND ALL UTENSILS WERE EXACT IN SET OF 4. NEXT ADJOINING BULIDING REPAIRS WERE GOING ON, OF WHICH WE WERE NOT INFORMED NOR MENTION AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Honestly, I was a bit sceptical at first because the deal seemed too good to be true, but our stay was just wonderful. The location is so central, the rooms are super spacious, everything was clean, it was easy to find. They also provide luggage storage free of charge. We had an issue with our heater, so I told the staff via WhatsApp and the issue was fixed almost immediately.
There's a coffee machine and a kettle but no tea or coffee, which is a bit odd.

Everything was prepared for when we arrived. The location was central and the room was spacious
The lack of human presence in staff. Early check-out time, 10AM? We were not aware of this because I didn’t bother to read but it is not usual for hotels and airbnbs to have this check-out time so you can imagine the panic when we came from breakfast and was unable to get in the bldg. The security posted on the other side of the building slept under the table and was no help at all. The cleaner waved us away also..disrespectfully at that. The customer service via call took 30 mins for them to answer me! As much as I loved the place, that experience was harrowing and my parents had heart problems so it triggered their high blood pressure. Just never again.

The location was amazing ! Easy to access everything by foot. The room we had was big and relatively clean (except the carpet) the check was also easy and the code was provided on time
Although we understood this was a property with no reception on site, our reservation stated that reception support was available and located only an 8 minute walk away.
We wanted to request a late check out, so we called the day before. The receptionist told us to call again the next morning as she couldn’t confirm it yet. The next morning we called several times, but no one answered. We then walked to reception, where we were told check-out could be extended until 12:00, and that any further extension would require an extra charge (which we didn’t take, as we only needed a place to store our luggage).
However, when we returned to the property, our access had already been blocked and we had to wait for the cleaning staff to let us in so we could collect our belongings. This situation made us feel as though we were being pushed out, and overall the communication was unclear and disappointing.
On top of that, no one even informed us that we could leave our luggage free of charge near the property — we had to figure this out ourselves, which added unnecessary stress.

Everything. You don’t need a physical key so they just email you the code to your room. Very modern. The apartment very cozy and spacious, very very central to the town and Old town.

Location was perfect! Close to everything in the city center. The apartment was large and well-appointed. Everything was perfect except two issues in the bathroom.
The shower head does not stay in place, so you must hold it, and the bathtub plug is missing. We notified the property on our first day but never got a response.

This is our second time staying at this property. The company is great with check-ins and communication. The hotel is in the heart of everything - best location ever!
The room didn't look as on the pictures, it was definitely more outdated. As it was our Xmas vacation, we would spend a little more on a nicer room if we knew. But otherwise it's functional and spacious.

Location was PERFECT. Could see the spires of churches from our window, could hear the bells. There’s also a little cafe and gift shops at the entrance.
We had 4 guests so we had to utilize the pull out couch bed and it was SOOOOOOO squeaky. Move an inch, wake the entire city of Prague.

Great location in town center. Everything is within a short walk
We stayed in Attic apartment. It was cozy. Downside was storage in bathroom area. Sink took up a lot of space, no room for common toiletries like toothbrush, face wash, etc.
