Great location in town center. Everything is within a short walk
We stayed in Attic apartment. It was cozy. Downside was storage in bathroom area. Sink took up a lot of space, no room for common toiletries like toothbrush, face wash, etc.

The room wasn't clean. The carpet was filled with stains. There was no tea or coffee in the room, so we bought some outside.

The location and the actual rental were good, although the bathroom layout is odd (toilet and sink were in one room, while the shower and sink were in the bedroom area).
Communication gets two thumbs down. We filled out everything correctly ahead of time, but did not receive our access code 24 hours before our reservation (or at all). I pointed this out to them THREE TIMES using multiple communication methods and received no response. We had to trek to the reception counter at another hotel, dodging crowds, a marching band parade, and rowdy football fans to get our access code (and were told we’d filled out everything already and the guy didn’t know why we hadn’t received the code by email). To make matters worse, the code he gave us didn’t wind up working and it took multiple international phone calls to get someone to answer and get us a working code. Also, we figured it out on our own, but neither of the conflicting instructions for accessing the WiFi were correct.

Early check-in or luggage storage was not available. And unfortunately later on we found out that there is a luggage storage office inside. Otherwise it was a great place cozy and comfortable and clean :)

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was a small spider web in the bedroom that needs to be cleaned. Also, it would be nice if photos of each room were shown separately on the booking page.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we got. It was luxurious spacious well equipped and exceptionally clean. Most of all super comfortable. Seemless check in and check out , well organized and modern interior. And perfect location. We were in a 5 star hotel before we checked in to Golden angel . Compared to the 5 star hotel , Golden Angel suites was far more luxurious and price was way cheaper than the hotel we were in before. Value for money. Absolutely worth it.
