Very responsive to any problem. Great location. Quiet when the windows are closed.
The AC is not very effective when it's more than 30°c outside... Fortunately it gets better at night so you can open the windows but then it's noisy. It an old and historic building so I understand that all the electric wiring is a problem ... But I'm very sensitive to heat and the AC was not good enough (we had 3 nights with 34°c or more) .
The kitchen was my other priority and it's hard to cook with no counter place.
The bathtub was very high...not suitable for someone with disability or older.
I was hoping to have an armchair so I can sit and relax not only in bed. (It looks like there is in the pic of the property)

The breakfast buffet is unmatched! The staff were absolutely wonderful. The beds are very comfortable.
The shower is so small and water runs onto the bathroom floor because the seal needs fixed at the bottom. But staff were fantastic when we needed towels in a hurry to clean up the water.

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Angel Suites and found it to be a good base for exploring Prague. The location is excellent, with many of the city's attractions, restaurants, and public transportation just a short walk away.
The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. They did an outstanding job throughout our stay and were consistently friendly and thorough. They truly earned an A+.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location and exceptional housekeeping. With a few improvements to customer service consistency, kitchen equipment, and building security, this property could be even better.
The apartment itself was comfortable, although the appliances were a bit of a mixed bag. The kitchen had everything we needed, but the induction stove was surprisingly slow to heat up, making cooking take longer than expected.
Our interactions with the staff were also mixed. Several team members were warm and helpful, but one experience stood out for the wrong reasons. When we tried to report a coffee spill in the elevator so that no one would slip, we were simply told to email reception instead of the issue being addressed immediately. It was disappointing, especially since we were only trying to help.
One area that could be improved is building security. It appeared that anyone could enter through the street-level shops or the rear entrance, which didn't provide the sense of security we would have preferred during an extended stay.

The location was great and the design of the room was really modern and pretty
Those were really hot days and the ac wasn't cooling enough and the staff couldn't do anything about it.
One more thing that was really annoying, the shower gel/ shampoo in the bathroom were attached to the wall outside of the shower and in order to get it we had to open the shower every time and reach it. Oh there was no door for bathroom which is weird. The toilet wasn't there too luckily..

Location, cleanliness and air conditioning were amazing... We had a lovely stay
Unfortunately the remote check in process is dreadful. We were left with no way to know when or room would be available and nowhere to wait that was viable as it was 38 degrees and I had young children with me (3 and 5) so it was very unsafe. We had to go to a shopping mall and wait. The team had set the expectation that a checkin at 10am was possible 5 months prior to arrival. This was a blatant lie.

Excellent communication via the app for the check in process, excellent on staff personnel who handled storing our bags. This is our second time here and enjoyed our stay just as much as the first. Location could not be beat and rooms were very nice and comfortable for our family of four. Thank you to all.

Location was excellent!!!!!! Kitchen was well equipped and had lovely glasses for drinks. Bathroom was modern and has wonderful shower.
The apartment was a pleasant surprise!

The location
The room is located on the top floor, and due to the sloped ceiling there are several low-clearance areas. Guests should be careful when moving around, as it is quite easy to bump their head.
The kitchen utensils were very limited, with only two of each item provided. As there was no dishwasher available, preparing and cleaning up after meals was somewhat inconvenient with the limited number of utensils

We stayed at Golden Angel Suites for 12 nights in May. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from Old Town Square, the Palladium shopping center, and metro, tram, and bus connections.
Our apartment was a large, sunny one-bedroom unit with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything we needed for an extended stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable, with two pillows and separate duvets for each person. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well (we had some hot days!), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, which allowed us to work remotely without any issues.
The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower, excellent water pressure, and hot water available within seconds. After a long day of sightseeing, that level of comfort was much appreciated.
The administrative process is handled online and can feel a little tedious, but the support team was exceptional. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we received a response almost immediately. Superb customer service!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Angel Suites by Andrez and would happily stay here again on any future visit to Prague.
