Location, cleanliness and air conditioning were amazing... We had a lovely stay
Unfortunately the remote check in process is dreadful. We were left with no way to know when or room would be available and nowhere to wait that was viable as it was 38 degrees and I had young children with me (3 and 5) so it was very unsafe. We had to go to a shopping mall and wait. The team had set the expectation that a checkin at 10am was possible 5 months prior to arrival. This was a blatant lie.

Excellent communication via the app for the check in process, excellent on staff personnel who handled storing our bags. This is our second time here and enjoyed our stay just as much as the first. Location could not be beat and rooms were very nice and comfortable for our family of four. Thank you to all.

Location was excellent!!!!!! Kitchen was well equipped and had lovely glasses for drinks. Bathroom was modern and has wonderful shower.
The apartment was a pleasant surprise!

The location
The room is located on the top floor, and due to the sloped ceiling there are several low-clearance areas. Guests should be careful when moving around, as it is quite easy to bump their head.
The kitchen utensils were very limited, with only two of each item provided. As there was no dishwasher available, preparing and cleaning up after meals was somewhat inconvenient with the limited number of utensils

We stayed at Golden Angel Suites for 12 nights in May. The location is absolutely perfect, just steps from Old Town Square, the Palladium shopping center, and metro, tram, and bus connections.
Our apartment was a large, sunny one-bedroom unit with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchenette that had everything we needed for an extended stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable, with two pillows and separate duvets for each person. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well (we had some hot days!), and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay, which allowed us to work remotely without any issues.
The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower, excellent water pressure, and hot water available within seconds. After a long day of sightseeing, that level of comfort was much appreciated.
The administrative process is handled online and can feel a little tedious, but the support team was exceptional. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we received a response almost immediately. Superb customer service!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Angel Suites by Andrez and would happily stay here again on any future visit to Prague.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had AC which was great because it was very hot outside.
The room we got had a bit of odd layout with a micro kitchen. It was pretty hard to cook in that kitchen due to space issue.

There’s no front desk. We got there and the check in info was not sent to proper email, the WhatsApp number didn’t work for us. We had to have the security guard help us make the call to get our check in info.

Great location in Mitte, spacious room, large bed, nice little kitchenette.
Outside noise from the street can sometimes be an issue if you have the windows open.

location is good, self chech-in works properly, bed and pillows are comfortable, kitchenette is good
first of all cleaning is not enough, colorful pillows and bed cover was dirty, light buttons have lots of dust ect. Secondly both of watercloset and bathroom were extremely small and uncomfortable, there is no photo about them on site so it was a bad surprize

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Location was central-a short walk to Powder Gate and The Astronomical Clock. There is a luggage storage room which was very helpful on our last day as we were able to leave our bags there for the entire day after check-out (you can also use it before check-in). The kitchenette was fully equipped including salt & pepper, dish soap, paper towels and a kitchen towel. We loved the 2 large windows/balcony which filled the room with morning light and air!
