Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good spot and walkable distances from eatery’s, cafes, Old Town, Charles Bridge, etc.
Our rooms AC wasn’t working and my partner had gone downstairs to ask for another room. Rather than checking systems properly, staff asked him “are you sure you’re not sick because it’s cold to me.” When he stated the room was hot and AC wasn’t working. When asked to speak to a manager, he said his manager was still sleeping and did not want to wake him. Partner stated he can wait then the staff all of a sudden had a room available for us to switch to for the night.

Location and breakfast
Very small with hardly any furniture. Shower has only half of the door. I had to stand in corner of the shower to minimize water splashing out to the bathroom floor.

The room was ok for the price and not too loud even the window was to the railway.
Breakfast was poor and the breakfast room too crowded. A bit strange concept to clean the room only on demand and sell this as a great innovation

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good too!!
The TV in the room is not functioning so I can’t even watch news, also it would be nice if facial tissue can be provided instead of toilet paper only.

- Cleaning was quiet well done
- the hotel is located in Prague’s top 3 most dangerous neighbourhoods (Florenc). The area is filled with homeless people/addicts. Avoid if female traveler
- the breakfast was lacking variety and freshness. It was the same few choices daily, disappointing
- road construction 10 meters from the hotel, loud drilling noise starts daily at 7 am, unacceptable
- shower was way too small, shower water always soaks part of bathroom floor
- overall, the hotel seemed more like a HOSTEL. It’s the worst B&B hotel I’ve stayed so far

Short walk from florenc, which is a hub for the metro, bus, tram and rail and therefore well connected to the rest of the city. Breakfast was repetitive but did the job. The room overall was clean and was basic and good to sleep in. Quiet at night.
A bit too basic and does not offer the same amenities as other B&Bs across europe that we visited. Breakfast was not exhaustive and did not consider a range of options for different dietary preferences.
No safe/locker inside the room.
No mini fridge (although could be expected for the price)
Room had a slight damp smell but we were able to overcome it.
The street leading up to the hotel from Florenc is slightly shady- with Graffiti on the walls and boarded up buildings; so some might find it alarming at night.

Convenient hotel close to an hub of the public transportation network.
Cost of parking in garage quite high: 20€/night for a motorbike!
