Exceptional
The location is very nice, very close to many public transportation vehicles. Buses and trams pass right across the hotel. You can find shops, buffet restaurants and coffee shops around. The famous imperial cafe is very close to the hotel. There was an open buffet breakfast every morning at the facility and the options were very nice and sufficient. My room was very nice, clean and tidy and the space was very sufficient. Thank you very much for everything

The location was very central and accessible. The room was so spacious - better than other chain hotels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The lack of information about the pool and the gym availability. Both were the main reasons why I booked this property thinking that the pool and the gym were exclusively owned by the hotel. No mention of it being a separate Cost and being open to public on the initial confirmation email. Only to be informed by email few days before our actual trip leaving us no choice but still go ahead with the booking as it’ll cost us more if we cancelled and looked for an alternative accommodation.

Simple, clean, comfortable, nothing flashy or unnecessary. Within comfortable walking distance from the main attractions of the Old Town, but there is a tram stop just outside the hotel, and over 65's travel free!
Buffet breakfasts were ample, not a great variety but tasty.
Staff were incredibly helpful throughout.
The single, very large, pillow was a bit unusual and the double bed had two single duvets but really, that is 'nitpicking' as the bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location.The old town is just 5 min walk also tram and underground just on the corner.
Unfortunately it is one minus .A pillow .
My wife's pillow was flat much better than mine .My pillow was big and heavy.
After the first night I replaced it for a better one .

Excellent hotel, 10 min walk to the old town square. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food available.

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the breakfast package on our day of departure since we had a really early flight.
Location is great, you can walk to the center. It also means sleeping with the sounds of trams, but we didn't mind that. Jitka at reception was really really nice :)
Great value for money, we would stay at the hotel again!
The gym threw us out because we didn't have the proper gym clothes (it would be great if the hotel would point out that you should take gym clothes (additional sneakers) if you want to use the gym).

The hotel has a good location, about a 15-minute walk from the main square. The staff is friendly and helpful – we especially want to commend the two women receptionists, who were truly kind and welcoming. Breakfast is fine, but nothing especial.
The room gets very warm, and there is no air conditioning. There is a mini fridge in the room, but it turns off when you leave, so when you return, it's around 22–23°C. If you need it for medication, that's not ideal. Also, during the night it kept turning on and off and making noise, so we had to unplug it.
