Very spacious rooms and lovely decor. Friendly staff and only too willing to help. Coffee was great! Location amazing with transport right on your doorstep.
Breakfast didnt contain a lot of hot food. With it being cold it was a lot of salads. The towels were not a great size and very thin.

Unfriendly staff at reception
When I asked where the toilet was (after we had checked out) the lady complained that she had to keep getting up to show people where it was. Then she told me to go into the lobby bar and that it would be at the end on the right. I thought she was going to turn the light on, but she just left me stumbling around in the dark until I found the switch!

The location is great. Well conected to both the bus station (8 minutes walking without rushing) and to the city centre by both a little walk or a tram just in front of the hotel's door. Very clean room and common spaces. We checked in very late at night. Staff very nice and helpful.
I requested two separate beds, but it was two separate mattreses together as a one matrimony bed with two separate nordics.

Location is great, close to train station and old town. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast is included and very very good lots of options to choose from.
Wifi was bad unable to connect during the time I was there

The room was fine, cool.and pleasant.
The staff weren't terribly friendly, maybe the language barrier was a problem. There was virtually no interaction with us. A bit far out from the centre.

Great location, close to the bus station where we arrived and within walking distance from the historical centre.
Very good breakfast.
Spacious room.
It was clearly stated in the description, that there is no air conditioning in the room, so it wasn't a surprise. But the weather was soooo hot during our weekend in Prague....

Simple hotel in great location.
Swimming pool is only free when booking through the hotel website. But it is not expensive anyway.
