Great place and comfortable, very efficient and helpful staff, good breakfast.
The room on the ground floor was a bit too loud at night when people were coming in and out of the hotel.

Location: It was very near the neighborhood with lots of locals and a few tourists; we love this type of experience
A good 30 mins walk to the Old Town, so not best for those who are not able to walk much; easy public transportation though.
Comfort: Having the studio (separate living area) made it for a great "home like" experience; there is a sofa bed, so that is a plus.
Bed: Most comfortable bed ever; I slept like a baby :)
Breakfast: Lots of options with fruits, pastries, eggs, and sausages.
TVs are not smart TV; bring an HDMI cable and a computer, or a Roku/fire stick if you want to watch TV.

Big rooms.. kitchen ..
The staff at this hotel was incredibly rude. First, they falsely accused me of stealing dishes from breakfast. Then, when I needed an extra 10 minutes to check out at 11 am, they refused to give me even a few minutes. To make matters worse, they sent their cleaning lady’s to kick us out of our rooms, preventing us from leaving as human beings.
This hotel staff treats their guests like they’re here for free. They don’t deserve this high rating. I’ve traveled to 35 countries in my life and never had such poor service from hotel staff. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to warn others that this hotel staff will never do anything you ask them and will be rude and impolite during your stay.
Terrance’s windows are also very dirty and never cleaned. Photos below.

The location
The receptionist girl was so rude and asked us to pay extra money or she will not allow us to check in even I payed the full amount in advance she said I will not allow you to enter

From the very first moment, the experience was excellent. Staff member Vladimir stood out — extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and welcoming, giving you a good feeling as soon as you step inside. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff were also very friendly and allowed me to check in early around noon, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was above average with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only issue was that the shower drain was not working properly, so the water did not drain well while showering. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Comfortable. Nice design of the room. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious and fresh, friendly staff. The courtyard is cozy. The location is not far from the center.
Was always to warm in the room, and air condition didn’t work at all.
The bed always came apart because there were two of them that were joined together, although we specified a single one.

I wasn't able to get an extra towel or blanket (I received a twin blanket for a queen sized bed) when requested since laundry was off-site.

Lovely hotel, with well furnished, clean rooms. Linen was fresh, pillows comfortable and towels soft. Room was very well set out with ample room for two large suitcases and hanging coats and shelves for other travel pieces. Heating worked well and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. Room was nice and dark and quiet at night time, we were on the 5th floor. Wifi worked well and breakfast was adequate with tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cold meat, cheeses, salad and pastries... as well as some hot choices like eggs and beans and bacon. Abut 12-15 minutes to walk to the Charles Bridge. but plenty of trams available about 50 metres away. Lovely sitting area and fully equipped kitchenette with all plates and cutlery and cooking equipment and a coffee machine.
The front door code and swipe did not work very well. We had to try several times each time we re-entered the building, and many other guests had the same issue. this was a problem late at night, and we found ourselves letting guests in.

Perfect location, cleanliness, friendly and helpfull staff. There was a little problem with the sink in the bathroom, but they solved the problem fast enough for the Christmas time. The breakfast is tasty
There are no locks inside - neither on bedroom doror, nor on the bathroom door. The place for breakfast is cozy, but slightly tight, so if you are not fast enough you will have to spend some time in a line to get your seat.

There were both hot and cold breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable and the water in the shower to perfectly hot. The location was very easy to get to from the airport and was just a short walk to the main train station. There were a number of Christmas markets within easy walking distance and Old Town was just a 20 minute walk away.
We couldn't figure out the thermostat, and so resorted to opening the windows - we prefer a cooler room. The breakfast room is quite small with limited tables available.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the center. The size of the room is good.
The housekeeping don’t know what they’re doing! One time I was getting ready to go out and the housekeeping came to clean the room while I was still inside. I literally saw the housekeeping lady use one rag to wipe the whole kitchen counter AND sink! then with the SAME rag she wiped the cups!!! She didn’t even wash the rag! So unhygienic and disgusting

The room was nice, clean, and spacious as shown on the website. Nice seating area. There were plates, utensils, water kettle, complimentary coffee/ tea available to use.
There were lots of tiny scratches on the headboard of the bed. We informed the staff about it, but they gave no reassurance whether it will be replaced or fixed. The TV was quite small. Quite far from the nearest public transport (~10 mins walk)
