Easy enough to collect and get checked in.
I wasn't able to get an extra towel or blanket (I received a twin blanket for a queen sized bed) when requested since laundry was off-site.

Lovely hotel, with well furnished, clean rooms. Linen was fresh, pillows comfortable and towels soft. Room was very well set out with ample room for two large suitcases and hanging coats and shelves for other travel pieces. Heating worked well and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. Room was nice and dark and quiet at night time, we were on the 5th floor. Wifi worked well and breakfast was adequate with tea, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cold meat, cheeses, salad and pastries... as well as some hot choices like eggs and beans and bacon. Abut 12-15 minutes to walk to the Charles Bridge. but plenty of trams available about 50 metres away. Lovely sitting area and fully equipped kitchenette with all plates and cutlery and cooking equipment and a coffee machine.
The front door code and swipe did not work very well. We had to try several times each time we re-entered the building, and many other guests had the same issue. this was a problem late at night, and we found ourselves letting guests in.

Wonderful
Perfect location, cleanliness, friendly and helpfull staff. There was a little problem with the sink in the bathroom, but they solved the problem fast enough for the Christmas time. The breakfast is tasty
There are no locks inside - neither on bedroom doror, nor on the bathroom door. The place for breakfast is cozy, but slightly tight, so if you are not fast enough you will have to spend some time in a line to get your seat.

There were both hot and cold breakfast items. The bed was very comfortable and the water in the shower to perfectly hot. The location was very easy to get to from the airport and was just a short walk to the main train station. There were a number of Christmas markets within easy walking distance and Old Town was just a 20 minute walk away.
We couldn't figure out the thermostat, and so resorted to opening the windows - we prefer a cooler room. The breakfast room is quite small with limited tables available.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the center. The size of the room is good.
The housekeeping don’t know what they’re doing! One time I was getting ready to go out and the housekeeping came to clean the room while I was still inside. I literally saw the housekeeping lady use one rag to wipe the whole kitchen counter AND sink! then with the SAME rag she wiped the cups!!! She didn’t even wash the rag! So unhygienic and disgusting

The room was nice, clean, and spacious as shown on the website. Nice seating area. There were plates, utensils, water kettle, complimentary coffee/ tea available to use.
There were lots of tiny scratches on the headboard of the bed. We informed the staff about it, but they gave no reassurance whether it will be replaced or fixed. The TV was quite small. Quite far from the nearest public transport (~10 mins walk)

My second time of staying, i like the hotel and the service its brilliant location. Great breakfast plenty options of food. Thanks to the young lady in the reception “Alexandra” she’s very professional and even offer help without asking. Highly recommended this beautiful place.

Big room, 2 separated beds are optional. There is mini kitchen which has quite accessories for the basic things.
The AC is a great benefit.
The room is clean and comfortable for relaxing.
There’s no mirror in the room except one in the bathroom but its not big enough and the lightening there is dim.

Spacious, clean, modern room with great facilities in room and a very yummy breakfast.
Quiet, good location for takeaway, restaurants and bars in the evening without it being too busy.
15min walk to museum area, 30min to river/Charles bridge.
View of ‘courtyard’ wasn’t pretty but not bad really - not a real problem

The room was nice, spacious.
1. The organization was terrible.
(First hotel offer two queen beds, then texted you two days before that they don’t offer this room, and they agreed to give a queen bed. Then when arrived, there are 2 twin beds)
2. The AC was constantly too cold and not adjustable. Only told us, outside was hot so it’s cold.
3. The breakfast tasted bad, there was mold on the toasts.
