The location was perfect. You can walk everywhere within 15 min radius. The breakfast was rich.
The bathroom leaked but the staff solved the problem swiftly.

location, location, location. i was there 10 days and only took 4 bolt rides (which averaged about $12 each). two were back and forth to the airport, one was to the zoo, and the other was to the national gallery of art. otherwise i walked everywhere. it was right across the street from the mucha museum! bonus!

The breakfast was delightful, huge variety, delicious. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the location, the decoration and the welcoming staff, we do recommend!
Our room was sadly too close to the elevators so a little noisy at times and one day our room wasnt made, so we had a little a misunderstanding with the staff but eventually got fixed super quick :)

A wonderful stay experience overall.
The service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional—staff were great. The room was spacious, elegant, and sloghtly comfortable bed, with classic décor and a well-appointed bathroom that made it easy to relax. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a generous and high-quality selection with fresh options and made-to-order items. Parking was convenient and well-managed, adding to the overall ease of the stay. The hotel’s location is outstanding—just a short walk to Prague’s key attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Great bang for your buck, comfortable, and highly convenient hotel. We would gladly stay again.

We were very inspired when we chose Art Nouveau Palace Hotel. First of all because it is very well positioned. We got there very easily from the airport, and then every tourist attraction you would want to see in Prague is within a maximum of 2 km, perfect for an easy walk through this museum-city. We loved the architectural style, the decorations and the furniture. It was like we had entered a charming atmosphere from a long time ago. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, with quality amenities. They surprised us with a sparkling wine from the house for my girlfriend, for her birthday. Both the reception and the Palace Cafe staff were very welcoming and smiling. We are sorry that we did not get to enjoy a breakfast there, but maybe we will do it next time because, if we return to Prague, we will definitely choose them again.

On the second day of our stay, they didn't clean our room or change our towels, even though they had come into the room to leave us a bottle of sparkling wine, a gift for my girlfriend, for her birthday. I called the reception and the towels were taken care of immediately, and in the next two days they cleaned and changed our towels, so it was probably just a slip-up that we overlooked.
We would have liked a room with a city view, but apparently we had to pay an extra 25 euros per day for that, which we chose not to do. It was ok, we spent quite a bit of time in the room anyway.

The hotel itself was very nice, in a great location, you can walk around the whole center of Prague without using any means of transportation.
The staff was kind of rude and impolite with a fake smile on their face as if they owned the hotel and could treat you the way they wanted.
We were missing tissues in our room and the cleaning lady did not load them for us for the last few days of our stay. Not sure if it is common in all hotels but they did not bother to change our bedsheet to a clean one throughout our stay. So overall disappointed was the staff not the hotel itself.
