Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. Just beside Wenceslas Square and a short walk to the old town square and Charles Bridge. Our room was spacious and well appointed.
The lighting in the room was limiting (no ceiling lights). In the bathroom I felt there should be a walk in shower. Climbing in and out of the bath tub (which was quite deep) to have a shower was a bit of a struggle.

The reception failed to order the van to the airport which they promised.
The executive rooms are much less nicer than the picture that descripts this category in the hotel website .
The picture on the website descripts a big beautiful room with 3 long windows, and relating on this picture we ordered 2 executive rooms.
We were surprised to get 2 rooms that are similar to the deluxe rooms (which costs less) wheras the
hotel insisted that having a coffe machine in the room makes it executive.
Proposing type of room according to a picture that is relevant only to 1 room of this type and doesnt represent any of the other executive rooms, is very unappropriate

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of the main attractions. Check-in went smoothly — we arrived earlier than expected, and although the room wasn’t immediately ready, the staff kindly arranged for us to have it before the official 15:00 check-in. We only waited about an hour, which gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy coffee and some delicious desserts at the Palace Café.
Breakfast was good, and the staff were consistently helpful and welcoming.
Our room was located in front of the elevator, so at times it was a little noisy when people used it. The pillows were also not very comfortable, and the bathtub was quite high, so we had to be careful stepping out.

The room was HUGE and very comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the staff were very nice and friendly.
The don’t have heating in their AC, only cold air or just air. Which made the nights a bit called and needed to ask for another blanket.
Another thing that made a big difference for the bad is that there were no power sockets near the bed so if I wanted to charge my phone I needed to charge it outside the bedroom or very far away from the bed.
