Rooms are clean, service is friendly, and the breakfast is well-assorted and well-prepared.
The rooms are ample and beds are comfortable, although on the firm end of the scale.
Only thing which is missing in a 5 star hotel is an in-house gym. There was no information about a nearby gym collaboration until asked. This should be communicated upon arrival.

Room was very good, separate we from the bathroom which had a bath and a walk in shower
Our room was next to the lift (700) and you could hear s background noise of the lift operating

Lovely property. Room was reasonably size with a huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was a reasonable size but it is an “over bath shower” that was quite high to get into, which wouldn’t be ideal for elderly or even short people, and the water pressure was average.
Breakfast was nice with a good variety to choose from. Reception Staff weren’t overly friendly but in saying that, it is a very big and busy hotel.
Overall location is OK. We enjoyed every moment of our time in Prague so didn’t mind the extra walking as we got to see more.

Temperature regulation: was too warm, we tried to open the windows for fresh air - however, it was too noisy.
