The breakfast waitstaff was excellent! Most other things were "as they should be" as well, but the brekkie gang really stood out with their swift and polite service.
We were stranded in a corridor with no access to our room for around half an hour, because someone had closed a mid-corridor fire door, and the MOD keys didn't work for that specific lock. Offering some kind of compensation or even just a sincere apology would've been nice, instead of just stressed complaining about how that door should never be closed.
