Wonderful
Fabulous location, with very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had great selection of goods/ drinks and staff were very attentive. Rooms good size, good facilities, great to have a kettle in the room, good bathroom and comfy beds. Overall very great experience at this hotel.
A pod coffee machine would have been ideal in the room, instead of instant coffee.

The room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Great location.
No pool, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi for a 5 star hotel is normally typical. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work.

The breakfast is a amazing, a real 10/10, so much choice, and very fresh, high quality, it's crazy. And you get to try czech food too.
The hôtel is beautiful too, love the old style
We had works going on against our wall in the room next door around 13h without a warning...
