Just superb in every way. The rooms are clean, large, comfortable and elegantly stunning! We were lucky to be upgraded and honestly …with the room we had and the service we received we felt like royalty! We enjoyed their buffet breakfast one day as well….. beautiful food and very attentive service from the staff. Highly recommend staying here when in Prague as also a super handy location to the old town and train station.

The hotel feels outdated in the worst possible way. The food is comparable to a canteen, with no allergen information provided until I raised a complaint. Most of the ingredients seem to be imported, and the quality is far from what you’d expect from a five-star property — the breakfast was more like a standard continental buffet. Carpets cover almost every surface, yet there’s no proper carpet cleaning, only occasional vacuuming. Communication with housekeeping was impossible as the staff didn’t speak English, making even simple requests frustrating. The in-room hair dryer was so weak it couldn’t dry hair at all; I had to ask three times before being given a normal one — and this was in a suite, which is unacceptable. Even worse, the way the reception handled personal data was alarming. Overall, this hotel would be rated three stars at best.
