The breakfast was perfect. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was very clean and big enough. It was near all the points of interests, markets and shopping. I will stay there again for sure.

The Palace Hotel offers one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Such an elegant place to come home too.
Even had a shoe polish brush in the closet.
The decor and trimmings were gorgeous
I hated the fact I had to come home.

Excellent. Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a very good selection and everybody was so helpful and friendly. Very easy to walk to the old town to see the sites, bars and restaurants.

Very central to everything.
Unfortunately the air conditioning did not cool. Not every one likes a hot room in the winter. So we slept with the balcony door open in order to cool the room down.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of quality choices - omelets to order, sausages, bacon, a variety of breads and pastries, fruit, vegetables, cheeses, yogurt. Location was close to the train station and walking distance to Old Town, New Town, museums and restaurants.The room was clean, comforable, and quiet for sleeping.
While the bathroom looked fancy, it was poorly designed. The deep bathtub made entering and exiting the shower a challenge for an older person. The half shower door didn't close properly, resulting in water going all over the floor. The hand towel rack was affixed to the wall right above the fixed receptacle for the toilet brush and waste basket. So if the towel slipped from the rack, it ended up on the toilet brush or in the waste basket.

Very clean, great size room and amazing size bathroom, great location, close to the shopping street, mall, and very close to public transportation
I think the one and only thing that I didn’t like was that the windows don’t help block out any noise that’s going on outside the hotel. Every night I was woken up in the middle of the night because of noise people were making as they walked by hotel and I was on the 5th floor and It kept me up a couple of times.

I stayed in the Art Nouveau with my mum for a girl's city break. The room is perfectly clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, particularly the pillows. There are Rituals products in the bathroom which was a lovely touch. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. I slept for 10hrs for two nights in a row! The location of the hotel is perfect, just enough away from the main attractions but within a 7 minute walk to everything you could want.
