It was our second stay at this hotel and even though we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom products are great quality. Breakfast is good too. The hotel is located just 10 mins walk from the Old Town Square.
Some things could be upgraded, for example the hairdryer, and water in the room should be free in a five star hotel, not chargeable.

We booked this hotel as we knew we would be walking most of the time so we wanted to be central. The location is great, with a few good eating places around and away from the hoardes of toursists. Could walk to Charles Bridge at a slow pace within 20 mins. We booked a large corner room with extra bed for our 7 year old. Were very happy with the huge size of the room. Rituals toiletries were a nice touch. Coffee machine and kettle also good. Staff could have been warmer/friendlier. Hotel appeared to have quite a lot of tour traffic (cruise? bus tour?) as there were quite a lot of elderly people in the lobby. Vibe was pretty quiet and not as luxury as I expected.
I was expecting a more glam vibe, looking at the hotel from the outside and reading that it had been refurbished but it still seemed quite tired and old fashioned without being cool.

Very good location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. We used the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, and we are definitely very satisfied!
