Great location, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, relatively quiet rooms
Bathroom faucets are not easy to pick the desired temperature, and the water pressure was too low, making the bath experience quite disappointing.

We stayed in the King Suite on the 6th floor, with classical furnishings and very well appointed.
The breakfast buffet included in our package was extensive, with omelet station and both European and American food offerings. The staff were all very cheerful, polite and professional. Highly recommend the Art Nuveau Palace Hotel for a visit to Prague.

Location, service, details
How they managed booking reservations, they only charged for one night and we had to pay the rest at the hotel. Booking app didn’t clarify so it wasn’t until I checked with the bank that they had charged less than the total. As we were leaving they also charged for local tax which is a small fee and understandable but we would also like to have known from the arrival at the hotel. Staff was very kind to explain in the entrance but the lady that did the checkout was not too keen in explaining.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff alerted me promptly when the airline delivered my lost suitcase. Excellent experience.
No complaints. Ideal location. Classic, yet modern accommodations.
