Excellent breakfast, very nice room and facilities generally good; asking CK 125 for a small bottle of water in our room ( nearly 5GDP ) was unacceptable and greedy; the hotel let itself down here hugely, especially when the tap water is fine to drink.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing — delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. The staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made every morning even better.
The room had everything one needs: comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Great breakfast with wide choice and excellent service. Also on demand eggs and omelets. Terrific location. Very nice and clean room with excellent bed.

Location is perfect. Rooms are very nice and breakfast is awesome with lots of options. Staff were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Very outdated, a bit tired of this kind of hotel that claim to be 5 stars, but in reality is more like 3. This hotel failed on all aspects of being a 5-star hotel; a complete lack of luxury, comfort, services. In Prague, with so many good 5-star alternatives, stay away from this place.
