The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet. We were able to sleep well. Check out at 12 was a bonus.
Limited tv channel and show options and there were no full length mirror. Our fridge didn't work.

Rooms were a decent size and bathroom had a good layout. Reception staff were very helpful. Restaurant connected to the hotel called ‘ Next Door’ had a buzzy vibe and good service.
Overall, it lacked atmosphere- had cocktails in main bar with bland service and zero atmosphere. Breakfast was fine but no more than that.

The decor is fabulous; staff were super (apart from a grumpy concierge who was dismissive when she clearly didn't know where something was geographically). Our room and bathroom were a very good size and super comfortable. Breakfast was great too. This is a very good base for reaching all areas of Prague on foot.
Just the one concierge - a bit of training would be helpful.

Beautiful room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was spotless. Lovely cafe. Close proximity to Old Prague centre.
