The decor is fabulous; staff were super (apart from a grumpy concierge who was dismissive when she clearly didn't know where something was geographically). Our room and bathroom were a very good size and super comfortable. Breakfast was great too. This is a very good base for reaching all areas of Prague on foot.
Just the one concierge - a bit of training would be helpful.

Beautiful room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was spotless. Lovely cafe. Close proximity to Old Prague centre.
Smelly lifts. Poor quality hair dryer.

Exceptional food and service. A beautifully decorated hotel in a great location.
The room was very hot even though our trip was in March- the air con was not up to much at all, we had to have the windows open.

Great hotel in fantastic location in Prague. While the room was great, what sets it apart is the amazing Café Imperial of the hotel.
Everything was great, but perhaps lightening and ambiance in the corridors is quite dark and gloomy, and elevators are slow, but otherwise it was all great

The hotel is very beautiful. The room was clean, tidy and fully stocked with tea, coffee and water. There's also a well stocked mini bar but we didn't use this. The bathroom was a really good size with both a bath and shower.
Honestly not much! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean, tidy and spacious and the breakfast from the restaurant was decent. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Breakfast bar was well stocked with excellent waitering service to hand. Room quite adequate with no noise and with lift access. Would stay again.
Gym a little basic but not a huge issue. One lift was out of action out of only two lifts. This only causes a delay when lots of guests are checking out. However able to use stairs, so not a deal breaker and no doubt lift would be eventually fixed to allow double capacity.
