The whole hotel is spotless. The bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very efficient and pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. The location is perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the city. The restaurant is excellent with a vast selection of choices for breakfast. The room was grand and very comfortable. Staff were delightful. This was my second visit and it was just as good second time!

The hotel is centrally located and has beautiful architecture. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked; plenty of complimentary coffee and tea options alongside the minibar. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and drink options and the quality of food was good. The staff went above expectations when they found out it was my partner’s birthday and surprised us with a small gift and card. Overall a lovely stay.

Breakfast at the Imperial cafe is always a treat. The coffee is excellent and there is something for everyone. It’s my second time at the Art Deco Imperial and I cannot think of any other hotel I want to stay on whilst in Prague. The heated floor on the impeccably clean bathroom was a welcomed surprise.

The location was superb. Close to Public transport and the entire city and tourist attractions on foot. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast area and cafe had a lovely decor attracting outside visitors.
There could have been a bit more choice at the breakfast and more regular fill ups of the food as there were relatively long intervals between fill ups.
