Great location, maybe not that I am used for 5*-hotels at other places, but that is Prague ... a bit too tourist style!

This hotel is in a great location to explore Prague. An easy walk to all the major sights of the old town. A beautiful city. The accommodation was very comfortable and luxurious. Staff were nice.
Breakfast was busy and often running out of some of the hot dishes. The choice of cereals could be improved

Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. All the amenities one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Check in was great and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the feel of the hotel's interior decoration. Location was good - not in the middle of the most busy old town tourist area yet easy walking distance to everything in the old town.
Coffee cups provided in-room were very "artistic" in the sense that they had a fun design, yet they were also very small (held very little coffee) - not great for a coffee addict like me. Shower was bathtub style with a glass barrier covering only 1/3 of the tub's length - taking a shower with the shower head at full height resulted in a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Location was excellent for new town and Wenceslas square interior decor impressive , staff all helpful room service good
Bar not very impressive and bland the restaurant at breakfast has a secession of non hotel resident arriving to take pictures or have breakfast and standing in the area resident are trying to choose breakfast it can get vet busy after 9 am . For a 5 star breakfast choice could be wider charging for water in the room in a 5 star not a good look

The only downside was that we had a room with a connecting door to another room (the door was, of course, locked), and unfortunately, we could hear the people in the next room, who were quite loud.

This was a real 5 star experience. The hotel is amazingly beautiful, there are a lot of art deco in the lobby and everywhere and you can feel and see history at every corner. My room was rather small but very comfortable and well designed. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there, and also it is 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town Square.
What I also liked was how helpful the staff was. I booked everything in short notice and only 1 day before my trip I realized that I did not book a table at the Cafe Imperial and that it was not possible to do it anymore through their system. So I contacted the hotel concierge and they helped me finding a table! Thank you!
Btw my dinner at the Cafe Imperial was astonishing. Breakfast is at the same place and it is very delicious too.
