Excellent location. Walking distance to city. Hotel and staff were lovely. Hotel clean and fresh with beautiful decor. Good buffet breakfast served in the morning.
Very minor but would have liked a full length mirror in room.

The art decò style is definitely pleasant, the staff always diligent and friendly.
One of the rooms was slightly wider than the other, however there where both comfortable, all the furniture (bed and chairs) are comfy.
Good location, the main square is just few minutes walk and you can also get easily in and out by taxi or trolley
The sauna and the steam bath are quite small, only 2 person at the time. However, they where kept perfectly tidy and clean

The room was great. We had the suite so had plenty of room.
The hot food at breakfast is not hot. It's lukewarm bordering on cold. I mentioned this on the first day but nothing changed.

Rooms and restaurant were nice. Location was good.
Street facing rooms were noisy due to busy tram intersection.
Staff was nice, but not overly friendly.

Clean, quite and Beautiful decoration
Reception staff need to be more careful with billing.
We had a situation when we paid our bill but I’ve been told later on that the bill wasn’t paid fully due to one room bill wasn’t included. As we are on holidays, we don’t want to go through this situation of discussing our bill.
