The entire building and the room were kept in excellent condition. Beautiful bathroom with all necessary accessories and very nice choice of bath products. Perfect location in the city centre, surrounded by tram and metro stops, restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

Spacious room and good minibar. Breakfast in room was way more than enough. Afternoon tea in cafe was very nice. Good position 15 minute walk to Wensclelas Square.
The rooms could have made more of the Art Deco history. Fairly plainly furnished.
But perfectly nice and comfortable.

We stayed in an executive double room, which was spacious and comfortably furnished. The bed was very large, comfortable, with quality bed linen and pillows. The room was extremely quiet - no noise could be heard either from inside the hotel or from the street outside. The breakfast buffet (hot and cold food)is very good.
The quality of service from the staff is high, yet unobtrusive
Everything looked well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Nothing looked worn or in need of replacement.
A very well-run hotel that I'd be happy to stay in again.

This hotel is truly fabulous. It was an excellent base for our weekend trip and we are glad that we got to experience staying here. The staff were courteous and helpful without exception.
Unfortunately we had a major issue as the air conditioning in the room only worked for a couple of hours on the first night and then stopped cooling. Although it was cold outside, it was unbearably hot in the room at night and we had to open the windows, meaning our sleep was disturbed all night by street noise. The staff were polite and came to the room to look at the issue, but ultimately shrugged and were unable to do anything to resolve or mitigate it.
