Everything was great. Clean in every respect. Professional and attentive staff Beautiful appointment art deco appointments Just metres from major tram stop. Fantastic breakfast buffet though often times very busy and sometimes not so enjoyable as people jostle for space and make the beautiful food arrangements messy. But still I overall enjoyed it. The restaurants worry trying for dinner. Excellent service and great food compared with less polished restaurants in area.

Fabulous hotel in every way. Luxury feel about everything. The location was good for arrival by train and for walking and public transport around the city. Our room was large and very comfortable, the shower and toiletries amazing. Excellent and very beautiful restaurant with great breakfast choices and very attentive waiters. You could even choose off the breakfast menu into the evening! Spa treatments also available and very high standard . Can't recommend highly enough

It was generally very pretty and clean. The room was generous and the service luxurious.
The water pressure was kinda bad and the valet who was supposed to park the cars seemed confused and didn't speak any English.

I loved the old worldly charm. Has a cosy bar on the ground floor. The location is great. Only a short walk to the old town.

Room was cleaned twice a day! Each evening a hotel staff came to arrange the room for the night, closing curtains, filling coffee and placing chocolate on the pillow. The staff overall was amazing and the rooms were comfy and huge!
