A very beautiful and clean hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Also asked for a different pillow, because the ones in the room were too soft
A nice breakfast with enough to choose from.
The hotel is not really in the centre of Prague but everything was easy to get to, the Charles bridge was the longest walk (less than 30 min.), but on the way there you see enough to make it a nice walk.

Hotel was spotless. Even though they had a note to apologies for works been done on the hotel, we did not hear one sound. It was really quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was great. Nice size with a really comfy bed and the location was fab, everything was in walking distance or if you wanted the tramline ran right beside the hotel. Breakfast was lovely too, buffet style and you can order omelettes if you prefer too. We also ate dinner in the hotel and it was amazing, Highly recommend eating in it one of the evenings if you can. The room is also spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel.
Only thing I can think of is if they had firmer pillows in the room that would be great.

Easily our favourite hotel so far during our two month Europe trip. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. We loved our stay and wish we were there for more than two nights! Highly recommend.

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, everything neat and clean, enjoyed the sauna and steam sauna, as well as breakfast.

Fantastic 4 night stay. Great value for money. Superb staff, food and drink. Would highly recommend.
Shower pressure could be improved. Paid for breakfast with room. However, we were charged a second time when delivered by room service - could have been made clear when ordering by phone.

The dining room is spectacular and for breakfast we were able to help ourselves from a lovely array of fresh and tasty options. Staff were all very helpful and we appreciated reliable advice from the Reception Team with planning our activities and how to get there. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Old Town centre and there is also a tram stop 5 minutes up the road which was handy for getting to places such as the castle. It was quite cold outside during our stay and lovely to come back to a luxurious hot bath with quality products. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We ate at the hotel most evenings and every meal was cooked to perfection and also a bit different to the usual hotel fare. I especially enjoyed the baked halibut and poppy seed ice-cream for dessert.
When we arrived there was a coffee maker in the room but, as a tea-drinker, I needed a kettle. When I asked at reception one was brought up to the room within 5 minutes.
