Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had good range of options. Excellent location to visit the main sights.
The only thing was you could hear the trams from our room from about 6am but not a massive issue

Imperial never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The food is lovely and so are the cocktails.
I wish the room opposite the lifts was a bit more sound proof

We stayed in Prague late January, and coming back after a day full of snow to a warm and comfortable hotel, made cosier with the Sauna and Steam room. The location was excellent, within walking distance of most of Prague's attractions. The breakfast was a delicious spread in a beautifully decorated café, with more than accommodating staff.

Great location and good size rooms!
The breakfast buffet is a bit chaotic and no flow to service. As the area is also connected to the public entrance, it really needs to have at minimum a staff member supporting flow. A lot of people did not follow flow and cutting across other people.

The room exceeded expectations. There was a welcome bottle of wine and a personal note to wish Happy Birthday. Location perfect for all the sights. Breakfast in the Dining room was Extra special.

Stunning hotel 5 minutes walk from the old town square. Immaculately clean, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. In short there is nowhere better to stay in Prague.

Stunning Hotel. Fantastic Location. Quiet . Rooms were gorgeous . Beds & pillows so comfortable. Breakfast Lovely.
Housekeeping slow. Came back several times after being out 6 hours and room still not done. Felt the staff especially reception a little curt.
