Top notch. Everything amazing.
The cold water in the shower didn't work one morning, but for some reason the hot water adjustment was just right. hmm. A little confusing, or just a coincidence.

Everything was perfect in this beautiful well appointed hotel. Location couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and old town.

Good location and friendly staff
I left after the first night it was so awful. The shower was broken, the curtain frayed and water cold. The bathroom was to be shared between two rooms but as it couldn’t be locked it could be used by all. The bed was well past its best and the towels frayed and musty smelling. The room was up 72 steep and sloping steps. As there was no instructions in my room for fire evacuation I was worried about what would happen if there was a fire so didn’t sleep well. There were extension cables hanging from the wall.

Superior comfort and excellent service. The hotel is finished and maintained to a very high standard. Modern facilities are seamlessly blended into the timeless Art Deco interior. The staff are both friendly and professional and provide excellent service , discovered this hotel 14 years ago and is our go to hotel in Prague for luxury and comfort.
