Temperature control of room was challenging to set. Room was too cool, then too warm. Pillows were too firm. Options for soft and firm would be appreciated.

Great staff nice room good bed
Air conditioning could not cool our room to an acceptable level. They sent engineers twice, but never quite solved it. We could feel some vibration for the trams going by, but that wasn’t a huge problem.

Large well appointed I need room. All staff were exceptionally helpful. Great location. Can walk, or take the tram in front of the hote,l anywhere.
The pump for the shower gel was a bit difficult to use well.
