The room was clean and organized. There was no trash can in the room, but it wasn't a big problem because we used the one in the bathroom. From the window, we could enjoy the beautiful backyard view and the statue of a soldier riding a horse on a hilltop nearby. Also, The foods in the morning buffet, everything tasted good.
There were small, inescapable stairs from the elevator to our room. I had some difficulty because my luggage was so heavy to lift by myself.

Breakfast was very good, although refilling was a bit slow.
The room was on the patio part, and it was extremely hot. No AC was a big minus. It was literally unberable... I had to keep my door and a window open sometimes, because there was no air to breath, even though people were passing by, since both a window and a door were right at the walking path. It means the window had to be closed at night because someone could enter the room! I wish I had known that earlier. Horrible, never experienced anything like that before. The fan saved my life, but it was not enough. I can't imagine returning ever again, unless you install AC!

I like the room, the food,
The fan. Because when you turn off the main light yhe fan will turn off as well. And i ask the reception and the girl said she cannot help me wiyh that.

The Location was wonderful, a trip to the City Center, was manageable by foot, or with the excellent Public Transport System of Prague. The breakfeast included a diverse Selection, so that i could try different meals. But extraordinary was provided.
A little Communication Issue for the booked Parking Spot at the Hotel, the directions were not clear at the Start and for Check In, i needed a public Parking Spot, paid, because there were no Spots availabe in Front of the Hotel.

They had excellent breakfast which compensated for the old room
I was surprised to be be sent to a hotel across the main hotel The room was dated.. Had to cross the road for breakfast in the main hotel No sockets to charge phone No air conditioning. Fun was available but had to unplug fridge for fun to work. It was a basic hotel

The room is cleaI and the location is perfect
There was no AC in the room and I checked out after 2 days and they promise to return the money and send me confirmation email. Untinow I didn't receive anything. I tried to contact them by email.

Breakfast was OK - lots of variety, new items every day.Bakery items were very good. Tram station was very close. Many local stores are within 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel (e.g. Lidl) Many good restaurants nearby. Liked both the mini bar and the tea and coffee facilities.
Not sure how it is listed as a 4 star hotel - the facilities available do not show this ; the curtain was just about to fall from the wall fixing, most the walls have many marks on them. No mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom. No bin in the room. Only two pillows for a double bed. Mattress protector was visibly smaller than the bed (did not cover the entire bed). TV programs - only a couple were working out of the entire list. There was a £5 charge for clean towels , otherwise they are only changed after 3 nights Not enough toiletries for two people - only two tiny bottles provided (shampoo/shower gel). Prompts to tip on every room of the hotel , including the breakfast tables.

Breakfast was great, location was great easy to get tram ! Clean room and comfortable beds!
No aircon on the 38° days the room were extremely hot and couldn’t sleep.
