Nice hotel in the centre of Prague. Big comfortable bed, they also added a crib for our baby. Possibility of early check-in.

Location of the hotel is great, easy to access the main streets and shopping points. Hotel itself is nice, there are not many options for breakfast in general, but they change menu every day. There's underground parking for extra fee, which is in general rare to be in the same building in the central part of Prague.
Staff. Woman at the front desk ruins all the joy of the stay. Looked like I'm ruining her day while did the check-in, "truly sorry for that" - provide self-check-in then. Nothing to ask, nothing to say, this is her policy.

The cleaning, when we checked in there was a pair of dirty socks in our room and we had to talk to the receptionist twice because they never removed them, so it’s not a nice o sense of cleanliness in the room and a lot of dust on the shelves.

Amazing location of this hotel, the main station is very close and you are in the heart of Prague. The room had good size, wasnt small and was very clean, cleaning was daily. Great selection of food on breakfast and the staff was very kind. I have nothing negative to say about stay at this hotel.

Everything was fine, breakfast is delicious, brunch is a nice extra, location is good enough, you have to walk 20 minutes to the old town or take a metro (2 stops), bathroom is renovated
The room smells of old carpet a bit, but it's nothing unusual in such a hotel (it's not new)

One of the best breakfast options I’ve ever experienced. Lots of varieties and refilled quickly. 500m to nearby Metro and Tram stop. Even we walk to city centre. Overall very good property for the price
Nothing much to complain about. Definitely consider it if price is reasonable
