The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfy with great amenities. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast and lunch spread which are both included in the rate are great. The bonus is the beautiful square the hotel sits on with lovely bars and restaurants and the french market.

Charming hotel close to Charles bridge with cobblestone roads. Rooms were decent size, with all amenities and air conditioning. Free buffet breakfast and mid day snacks every day. Check in was easy and staff nice and friendly.
For the buffet breakfast: the selection was modest but the food was good. We missed breakfast potatoes the last two days of our stay, since it was not refilled.

Great location on the banks of the Vltava river Brunch available at noon
Staff not willing to make the guests’ stay more enjoyable Arrived at 13:31, checkin was 14:00, they said we could not do the checkin as there was no room ready?! Really, it was less then 30 mins. The evening before departing we asked for a picnic breakfast to go, as we had our flight early morning, they said it’s not possible as the kitchen is closed (I find it hard to believe the kitchen staff does not come 1 hour or 30 mins before actual start of breakfast so they could make 3 sandwiches). No ramp on entrance for strollers (or persons with disabilities), door does not stay open and you cannot handle door and also lift stroller and kid at the same time.

We liked the location. In a quiet corner just a couple of minutes away from the bustling Charles Bridge. The river bank was right behind the hotel and there was a park just a few steps away. The hotel doesn't have lunch or dinner service but there are quite a few restaurants nearby. On the other hand the hotel offers free brunch every afternoon. A simple but filling meal of soup and bread/sandwich and tea/coffee, all free for the guests. This is an uncommon hospitality idea. View from the room was great. We were in Room 12 on the 3rd floor and it was lovely watching the cruise ships glide by on the shimmery river water. The hotel had a lift which was very convenient. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
The bathroom door! Didn't close properly until you bang it a few times. That was really inconvenient for everyone in the room and probably in the next room too.

The location is wonderful. We went to see Springsteen last year and stayed in the Old Quarter, which is very busy and touristy. This year, we stayed on the other side of the Charles bridge, and the Lesser Quarter is still very central to all attractions but a little bit cheaper in bars and restaurants. All the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really varied,2 coffee machines. Our room was overlooking the river, which was a bonus.
