Location, service at breakfast and by housekeeping
Room was disappointing. Although had good facilities like a fridge, safe and tea and coffee it was very bland. Small twin room with two very small high windows, nothing you could look out of. One easy chair. All double room photos on the website show somewhere for two people to sit and enjoy a drink but we did not have that. Room was decorated white with no pictures at all so felt quite stark. Disappointing but comfortable enough.

The location is very good, close to almost every attraction. But with all that very quiet and pleasant. Staff is friendly and always here to help. Breakfast is various , fresh and tasty. Room was very spacious and clean. Very much recommended!

The location is perfect walking distance to everything close to tram stop to get to main train station
The double room was small as the bathroom took up a lot of space
Window too small in bedroom
Also the bathroom had a bath way too high which made it awkward to climb over unless ur 6 foot with a shower over it
Requested another room with walk in shower but hotel was fully booked not made aware at booking that could have requested walk in
Overall it was a quiet room which I requested
We tried to book the big (walking) tour at reception but unfortunately it was cash only? as we only had cards so had to book ourselves on booking.com

Beautiful location right next to the bridge! Walking the Charles bridge early in the morning before the crowds was beautiful. Walking back at night, when beautifully lit, was stunning. A great experience even though I'd been to Prague and seen the bridge.
The location of the hotel is within easy walking distance to the historical center and close to a stunning walk up to the castle. The area of the hotel is dotted with cafes and restaurants and even near a beautiful riverside park. There's a pub in a parallel street.
Breakfast was excellent, with high quality, tasty and varied products. Coffee was very good despite being from a self service machine.
The hotel generously offered a free light brunch between 12-4 pm, consisting of soup, ham&cheese sandwiches, apples and bread with jam.
Svetlana from the cleaning team is very thorough, pleasant and was willing to be flexible one day when I needed to leave the room late.
I greatly appreciated the clarity with which I could negotiate late check out for an additional sum, at 2OEU until 2pm and 40 until 6pm.
Room 42: was ground floor with a bathtub, so an issue if you require a walk in shower. However the bed in room 42 was exceptionally comfortable.
Room 13, 3rd floor, street view had a very hard mattress. Additionally, the curtains didn't properly darken the room
There are rooms with a beautiful river view, but I didn't have a chance to see them.

The staff were great, room lovely and clean and the breakfast and complimentary brunch each day were fantastic. This is a very quiet given the fantastic location.
