Everything was perfect. Lovely room looking out to the river, breakfast superb, walking distance to old town or trams, quiet, clean, beautiful.

Beautiful spacious rooms right on the water (though you couldnt see it from the room)

The reception staff were a little lack lustre however Im informed this is normal Czech custom - we would definitely stay here again

It is a beautiful building right next to the Charles Bridge, with excelent location. The rooms and breakfast are good.
You hardly talk to any staff during your stay...you can not expect much advice or recommendations.

The location was excellent , nice enough staff and clean rooms. Breakfast and lunch snacks incldued.
We asked for an hour later check out, usually if no booking coming in, it's granted without any issues, the hotel requested 20 Euro for one hour extention, consider this bad service. Also asked for an improved room, they simply delayed the answer and not followed up at all even when asked again.. The breakfast was ok, the fruit was mostly NOT fresh, looked like it sat there for a day.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional, from the staff to the wonderfully appreciated aircon during this unseasonal hot weather. The room was spotless and spacious and the staff patient, kind and helpful. The location was perfect. We are looking forward to returning to Prague to experience Christmas there and will be returning to this hotel.

Locality to all amenities, 2 mins from Charles Bridge and access to Old . Metro 5 mins away.
Some of the decor, furniture and facilites in the rooms could do with updating, although it does have an old world charm.. Breakfast could maybe be better with more selection. Hot breakfast was very Czech
Food was not labelled. One type of milk available which may nit have been good for all.
