There was a nice variety of food for breakfast. There were foods provided for every appetite. The coffee bar served lovely cappuccino's, latte's, etc. Service was very friendly.

It was spacious, with comfortable beds I love that the property retained some of the original walls because it gave the place so much character.
The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, and served in the amazing attic room with exposed beams

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were accommodating and Magdalena even helped find us medicine and a apothecary when one of us got a cold. The location was perfect it is next to everything with out being disturbed by crowds or noises. The local restaurants around it are very yummy and less touristy.
Nothing could have been better. If we return to Prague we will stay here.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was outside the crazy, touristy park of Prague ( basically anywhere near Charles bridge ) but still easily within walking distance from the main attractions, restaurants and train station. The streets became super quiet and calm as we neared that area. The hotel its self was one of the best staffed and best maintained hotels I’ve stayed at, especially for its age. They even had air conditioners! The breakfast was wonderful and well worth having! The staff was some of the friendliest and most helpful people in ran into. Especially the receptionists. Both of the ones we interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful and I was very impressed with them. I can’t say enough good about the staff or the hotel or its calm quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

The property is super cute and well kept. Reception is there 24/7 so if you need anything they are able to help right away. The rooms have AC, which is nice in the summer. They also have elevator for people with mobility issues. Location is super quiet, tucked away from a busy street.
Location is not convenient to public transportation. You have to walk at least 8-10 minutes to get to a bus or tram stop. It is uphill from most of the tourist attractions. So if you don’t mind walking up hill everyday you’ll do just fine.

This hotel had so much character! It felt like an historic BnB. We loved the little garden areas and the breakfast each morning was spectacular! The rooms were huge and so comfy, featuring huge beds, and with everything you could need, including a little fridge/mini-bar. It was pretty quiet most of the time and I slept very well. The location is a bit far from Old Town (though only 5 min from the Castle), but it's an easy and beautiful walk to get there, and it's worth it for the quiet, peaceful area. We were two women traveling together and we felt very safe.
Only one outlet worked in each of our rooms (the one in the bathroom) and it was difficult to have to leave and pick-up our keys because the front desk was always bustling.

The hotel is beautiful in a beautiful area. The rooms are spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We were traveling with a toddler and had a great time!

This lovely hotel was in a quiet part of town but a 10 minute walk and you're in the center of town. It is just behind the castle garden wall.
The staff was wonderful and breakfast was included in the price.
We got the premium suite with a view of the garden and a room with a terrace. Both rooms were darling and we were very happy. Great showers too.
If this is helpful to anyone, we later learned the local bus #22 goes directly to the main train station and runs every 10 minutes. It was probably a 10 minute walk from this hotel.

Close proximity to many great restaurants and attractions. And close to the trams. Also, if you have your passports and you are a senior, you ride the trams for free.
My flight was delayed, preventing arrival until the second day. I promptly notified the hotel upon learning of the delay, but they refused to adjust the rate. I paid the full daily rate despite being unable to arrive on the original date through no fault of my own. While I didn’t expect a full refund for that night, a reduced rate would have been fair.

I wholeheartedly recommend Appia Hotel Residences for your stay in Prague. It is well-placed for easy access to the "standard" tourist sights, particularly Prague Castle and tram lines, and the staff could not have been more professional and helpful. Wi-Fi was fast. The garden was a delight to relax in on both warm and cool days. The breakfast room (attic) itself was charming, and the food always fresh (and empty trays refreshed promptly). Děkuji za pohostinnost!
The hotel is situated on an incline so if your knees are a bit arthritic like mine, you will want to keep this in mind as you will have to make your way uphill either coming or going.
