Friendly receptionists. Location (reasonably close to the castle and St. Nicholas Church - where the Hop-on Hop-off busses stop).
Need to pay (5,-/day) if you want fresh towels. At breakfast you need to ask at least 2x to get your drinks (thee, in our case).

Breakfast was great - plenty of choice, and delicious. The room was lovely, (almost always) quiet, bed comfortable. Location was very good to be out of the noise of the centre, and easy transport by bus, tram and metro. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. And helped us with our Czech pronunciation!
The room could have done with a full thorough clean. Not dirty, just smudgy floor and sink in bathroom. Also would be good to have a mat for the tub, which was beautiful, big and a slipping hazard. We used a towel in the tub for safety but a mat would have been more convenient. One night the person in the room above stomped around for a half hour late at night, and it was quite audible - but it stopped and the rest of the time was very quiet (I'm sensitive to noise). Pretty minor issues for a great stay!

Great hotel. Close to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. beautiful room. Underground parking with chargers. The breakfast served in the beautiful room was very delicious and had a lot of variety. We didn't use it, but another guest said the sauna was great. The most wonderful thing was the woman at the reception. I have never met a more kind and polite receptionist than her. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay.

Very large room with character, multiple chairs for sitting, comfortable bed, coffee table and maker. Great location in Mala Strada area, convenient to everything, 10+ min walk to Charles Bridge, very close to nice restaurants, but a quiet location, too, out of the fray of the tourist crowds. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast served in an old beamed room. Very atmospheric.
Strange bathroom with glass walls. Even with curtains, could see what your partner was doing in there unless you looked away.

Breakfast: hotel made us a bag lunch since we had to leave so early in the morning for our train. Thought that was a nice gesture. Location: We were next to my friend, which I requested and that was nice. It was also very quiet The patio was nice. We didn't use it, but if we had stayed longer, I am sure we would have.
Room: The bathroom was configured with glass walls. They provided curtains, which wasn't as private as walls and a door. Also, When using the overhead shower, the water leaked out on the bathroom floor. We switched to the handheld and directed the water toward the shower wall. Location: it was very hilly in the area where the hotel was located. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has issues walking.

Breakfast was great! Room was even better than I expected and location was where I needed to be. Staff was helpful and available 24//7 and very communicative
The shower could use a better door because when you shower the water goes into the rest of the bathroom. Theres probably an easy fix. I just simply put an extra towel down to prevent the leakage. I would stay here again so obviously it didnt bother me that much

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fantastic location - quiet but close to the castle and good restaurants. Firm bed, clean and plenty of hot water. Strong wifi. Kitchenette was a surprise. My spacious room had a lovely view of the courtyard garden. The decor was very charming and tasteful.
Black out curtains didnt quite cover the windows.
