Wonderful
Great central location near the castle, very close to tram lines, adorable building and accomodation, staff friendly and helpful.
No washing machine in room, but there is one on site if you need laundry done. Bar plays a nightly show that can be loud with the windows open, however it ends early and is barely noticable with windows closed.

Very Good
This apartment is over a tavern and check in is at the tavern and it was nice to be offered a beer during check-in after flying all day. Managers and staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and clean. Plus the location was amazing for exploring the area around Prazsky Hrad.
The location is a tavern first, apartment second, so keep that in mind. Staff is nice, but their main priority is the tavern. Washing machine available but you give your clothes to manager and he has it washed, little odd. There is a nightly show until 10pm most nights which is a little loud (not terrible). The building is 650 years old so the floors are uneven and, most concerning, this is way before fire codes so to escape you need to go through two doors that need keys to open, two doors that open inwards, an irregular set of stairs, incredibly dark halls and stairs, and a door that is barred from the inside.

Beautifully renovated apartment above a mediaeval Tavern, the oldest brewery in the city. But the apartment is peaceful and quiet despite the Tavern below. Very tasteful and elegant. Very friendly staff.

Very unique and a great location. Close to the castle and with a 200-year-old Tavern below. We booked this for the experience and the location and was not let down at all by it.
You don't go to this sort of location and experience for you to use the cooking facility, it's about going out and living in the beautiful environment of old Prague.

The place is amazing. It is a whole experience in a very well-preserved apartment from the 1800s right below Prague's castle. The view and the area are very nice. You are an 8-minute walk from the tram stop, and the apartment itself is wonderful. A whole experience I can but recommend! Aah, and definitely go and try the experience of eating at the restaurant from the hotel. Simply amazing!

Very Good
The style and the the attention to details in preserving the historical past
The noise from the tavern drunk customers( a lot of shouting and singing outside the tavern late at night).

Our flight was delayed by 3 hours and Staff had no issues with us checking in at 1am, 2 hours after closing. (Keys are collected from the restaurant below the apartment, which closes at 11pm). Excellent communication through the app and over the phone. The staff member wouldn't even take a tip as a thank you, for staying late.
Staff were amazing throughout. Left rose petals in the bedroom over the bed and floor adding a lovely romantic touch to our anniversary weekend. Aswell as a complimentary bottle of water and 2 small bottles of wine.
WiFi signal was excellent. 1 signal reached the living area of the apartment. A 2nd to the bedroom. Had to change between the 2 depending on where we were in the appartment. But once connected no loss of signal ect.
Fridge with small freezer draw, Coffee machine, kettle and micro wave in the compact kitchen.
The food and entertainment in the tavern that is attached to the apartment was a great experience. We both enjoyed it very much and had a great time. The food was lovely and the hosts very attentive, they couldn't do enough for you.
We had the windows open during the night and the street is very quite. We didn't hear any noises at all during the night. The tavern closes at 11pm so once everyone was gone and all locked up no noise at all. Couldn't even hear any of the pubs that were in the next street over.
Great location, 2 minutes walk to the castle, 10 mins walk down to the bridge and the old town.
We loved the individuality and quirkiness of the whole city and the apartment. All was very pretty and full of history.
Couldn't get the shower tap to run through the bath tap. Only the shower head worked. Didn't bother us though as we were able to fill the bath with the shower head. But may put some people off.
Bedding could do with updating. Although extremely clean, the bed sheet had a few holes in. Again as clean didn't really bother us. But maybe a big thing for someone else.

Very beautiful apartment, nicely renovated, beautiful antique furniture and decor. Comfortable bed and modern kitchen and bathroom. Everything very clean. Staff very friendly and promptly responding.
Excellent location. The castle and Karlsbrücke only a few minutes walk.
The big antique cupboards couldn't be opened, so I missed sufficient place to store our luggage somewhere inside. The restaurant makes medieval spectacles almost every evening. You hear the music and shouting, but it stopped for us early enough to not disturb the sleep. I actually liked this "noise" as it somehow fit with the antique style apartment, my kids didn't.

Location was amazing, apartment was beautiful, we had an amazing stay and loved it. The hosts were so caring, even after we had left, they helped me get a delivery redirected to our next hotel in Italy. They went above and beyond.
Nothing, it was perfect!
