The location was fantastic. The kitchen was decently equipped.
To access the bathroom you had to walk through 2 bedrooms. The beds were so squeaky that every time anyone moved it woke everyone up. The sofa was super uncomfortable.

excellent location. Unique and unforgettable old time experience. We stayed right next to a 13 century church, near old town square, in a private cobblestone courtyard behind a tall wood gate, and 2 iron gates.

Excellent location, right in the city center. Clean, well-equipped apartment. Everything you need. Coffee, tea, necessary kitchen utensils, washing machine, and and all essentials in the bathroom. Good Wi-Fi, there was a laptop in the room, which we did not use. Those who choose the apartment we stayed in, should be aware that the bathroom is accessible by crossing both bedrooms. This was not an issue for us. It should also be noted that check-in outside of the designated time and luggage storage incurs an additional fee of about 20 euros. The timing can be agreed upon reasonably.

The location of this apartment was absolutely fabulous! The host was very personable and informative. The lay out of the apartment was something to get used too but very workable for a grown family of 6. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice since it made breakfast and lunches easy to make in house. Beds were a great size and fairly comfortable. The apartment was clean no issues there.
Windows are single pane and you could sometimes hear people at night walking down the street.
Locks were a bit strange for us to figure out, but after a few times going in and out we figured it out. Both definitely not a deal breaker just something to be aware of.

The manager is very accommodating and friendly, speaks perfect English, and helps you get situated well, including practical tips on navigating and even buying groceries. He helped us store our luggage, including our son's mobility scooter, in his office to his own inconvenience, which was much appreciated. Huge beds, high ceiling, kitchen was great, location perfect.
Would have preferred a fan or an AC unit somewhere, but it was still a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

The location is fabulous!! So close to everything including great restaurants and bars. Really clean with lots of amenities.
Beds and pillows were very firm. Perhaps having extra pillows would enhance the comfort level. Being Canadian, we missed having a toaster in the suite.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk from famous astronomical clock. Very comfortable beds and good kitchen and work station.
Property does not have elevator/lift. You must open three doors with keys and our shower/bathtub area door did not close-although it had a lock but the door opens up.

Staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to check in early (small fee for the manager to come to property for an early check in)
I loved hearing the astronomical clock chime beginning at 7 (I believe- may have been 8 am)
Lots of stairs to get to apartment. Wasn’t bad, I just dreaded doing it with my suitcases at check in and check out.

The layout of the property meant you had to pass through 2 bedrooms to get to the bathroom.

The accommodation was spotless.
The location is perfect (walking distance to every point of interest - Charles Bridge 10 minutes, PowderTower 3 minutes, Best point of view 15 minutes ...).
2 supermarkets nearby (Albert in Palladium at 7 minutes and Tesco at 10).
The accommodation has everything that you need.

Everything, from the size to the location, the kitchen etc, it gives us a warmth feeling, like granny’s home. The manager is very informative too, give us lots of advice as to where to go for groceries shopping like locals, what to look out for etc.
