The was no coffee maker in the apartment. You can't really make the room dark with the curtains

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much for the flexibility! Also being able to provide 2 keys for our apartment. The location is convenient to go to the center
Shower pressure was not the best and blankets were a little bit on the thin side. But the weather was nice so it was not much of a problem.

The apartment location is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport, attractions, museums, pretty close to the centre. Also its close to the airport. The apartment itself clean and perfect sized for a couple.
Unfortunately one time I ran out of hot water and there're two mattresses and two different blankets (one hot and one cold) on the bed for two people. When it's chilly, the cold blanket doesn't really help, unfortunately. But I believe you can contact administration and they will help you out with it.

There was electric alternator who produce disturbing noise at all time.
During night trying to enter the building was absolutely darkness!! Only after elevator arrives you may see...
No shampoo, all very very basic...

It was clean but there was a smell that wasn't pleasant. The building is old and high, far from the city center, and the parking is narrow. The door is locked with an iron key. The wall is cracked and there are small spiders.

The best location, nice spacious apartment, but little basic. Kitchen has got very basic equipment, missing even toaster. Shower was little tricky to use without shower height adjustments and shower curtain. But all and all, we had a lovely stay.

Location, easy to get to by a tram, nice place, comfortable bed, facilities
There was no kitchen towel, dishwashing liquid or a sponge - the only things we missed in the kitchen

It was spacious and well located so we could walk to town. Lots of cafes nearby. It was well heated.

Close to public transportation. The castle and Malá Strana are within walking distance. I appreciate the courtyard parking.
It would be nice to have at least some tea or coffee in the kitchenette.
