I stay in this hotel 5 times, and even in the same room. I like the coziness and home atmosphere, cleanliness, warmth in the rooms and the possibility to turn on the battery in the bathroom. I will definitely come again

Location. airiness of the room and friendly staff
Noise from the road (bedroom facing the road) and stairwell when people staying in the block were passing and using the stairs (the wall and the door are too thin to block the noise).

Nicely located place with private/reserved place for guests to park their car.
Didnt expected of elevator for this old apartment.
Self checkin/out and also reception/office at ground floor in case need any help.
Clean and well maintained apartment. Would recommend others.

There was a good parking in the yard of the apartment.
The bathroom. It was small and half of the bathtop couldn't be used, because the ceiling was not hight enough.

Very good location, nice area, many local amenities nearby (bakery, restaurants, laundromat, playground, ice cream shop). city center via public transport 20 min away. Free secure parking for the car (this was a deal breaker for us to get this flat as every other accommodation charged extra for it).
The staircase to the upstairs area was a bit unsafe for 3-year old (he slid down once, luckily, no injuries) - we didn't realise that there will be such a staircase when reserving the property, otherwise would have chosen another apartment. I'd recommend to kids from 6 years of age. Also the boiler was unreliable, so if you washed the dishes with warm water, the shower afterwards was cold. There was no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment (washing by hand and a laundromat nearby solved this problem).

A big minus is the lack of a device for preparing coffee. Besides, cutting off the internet acces on the early morning of departure is a lack of basic courtesy

Good location, close to public transportation and plus with free parking, which was fenomenal for us that drove to there. Staff was helpful and super friendly.
The only thing was some kind of bad smell from the bathroom.

Great location with private parking. The owners were very communicative. Great value for money for a one night stay for 6 adults, plenty of space and having 2 toilets with showers was a happy bonus.
Very dusty apartment. Spider webs in the bathrooms, floors very worn and not cleaned properly (sticky black marks in places)

Great location for public transport and castle area. Spacious living area and bedroom. Easy check in and check out.
