That booking considers adults from 18 years old and the property doesn’t. So we had an extra cost for two girls that were not 18 but were considered adults .

This is in a beautiful old building, not far from the old town of Prague. Our apartment was spacious with beautiful appointments. The beds were a little firm for my fellow travelers, but I found them very comfortable. It was so nice to have two bathrooms so we could all get ready at the same time.
Was kind of a pain to have to unlock the front door and re-lock it when we walked in we were traveling with another person staying in a different hotel and they had to wait outside instead of in the lobby because it was locked. But other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Incredible location and very helpful and accommodating staff.
Overall superb, but the apartment could have been a little more clean upon arrival (some hairs and dust under furniture and beds), but the helpful staff, perfect location, and great overall set -up made up for this.

Two flights of steep stairs with no elevator. Additional fee to have room
cleaned. No way to block the light from the skylights for the person sleeping in the main room.

Quiet spacious apartment in the heart of Prague.
The location is unbeatable, close to main attractions and convenient to public transportation (which is, by the way, excellent).
Historical building recently renovated combines the best of old charm and modern amenities. Spacious rooms and high ceilings, large windows, modern kitchenette, 2 separate full bathrooms, the main bathroom features a claw-footed tub, in addition to enclosed showers in both.
There is no central air conditioning in the apartment we stayed in (as in many historical buildings), but fans are provided on request and should help. Of note, they do have apartments with AC, they were rented out for our dates.
There is an elevator, but it stopls between the floors, so you will need to take stairs (few steps) to the apartment. The building is very secure. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment despite building being next to multiple restaurants and bars.
The management company is responsive, promptly addressing every request. There is a staff member on property every day from 8-5, but they will have someone meet you, if you arrive late. They arranged transportation back to the airport for us and it was very convenient.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent from them again!
