Safe, wonderful location, friendly host, clean, all over nice place!!
Its a problem for us everywhere, no cooking oil in the kitchenette, so I can never fry eggs in the morning unless I buy a big bottle of oil. I wish cooking oil, salt and pepper were always available in the kitchenettes. But this is just a side note, the place was perfect.

A lovely host who met us at the property. She left 2 very welcome beers in the fridge! A 3 minute walk to the old town square and metro. Brilliant

Katerina was the most amazing host, and went above and beyond to provide information on great places to eat, where one could wash their clothing etc. The photos of the property were super accurate and everything was immaculately maintained. I really liked the fact that single use toiletries were not provided (multi use bottles were provided). The location was close to the old town attractions, and all modern world amenities.

Excellent location in the Old Town looking out to the Powder Gate and the route of the Bohemian Royal processions. Good quality and priced cafes and bistros close to hand. Great roominess and it was beautifully presented. It would be very hard to beat this apartment for position yet it was far enough removed from the main tourist areas that one felt they were living in Prague, not just visiting.
My only trivial 'complaint' is that I did not have bedside table for my CPAP machine - it had to be on the floor but the hose was was long enough to cope. But I guess when the apartment building was built, the use of such devices was not in the frame! That's, if you call it that, our only negative about the apartment.

Everything was excellent! My daughter and I stayed 2 nights in early April. The host Katerina was very warm and she made us feel welcomed in Prague. Her apartment is a very comfortable place to return after a full day of sightseeing. It is clean, stocked with coffee, tea and beer. She tells us that we must try beer in Prague! Being in the old city, all the main attractions are within walking distance. Theres a cozy cafe next door, convenience shops and a breakfast place that serves waffles. I totally recommend this apartment.

We had very noisy neighbours. The appartment next to us is rent for groups. Its not a complaint, but we were unlucky to get such neighbours.

We rented two apartments. One for us. One for son and girlfriend. Both were well equipped. Kitchens were functional and easy to figure out. The large flat has a washing machine which we used once. Really functional.
Location was fantastic. Owner was really helpful. Picked 3 of us up at the airport (I arrived later and took an Uber) and provided lots of useful information.
In short, we plan to return to Prague and will absolutely time our trip so that we can stay in Katerina's properties. We've rented a lot of places over the years for holidays (we prefer a flat over a hotel) and this is definitely a top 10% for us.
One tiny recommendation - a skinny high table behind the headboard of the bed (or a corner shelf on the wall) in the big flat would have been helpful for having somewhere to put my eyeglasses and phone. Other than that all conveniences were provided and the flats are thoughtfully designed and equipped.

We LOVE everything about the Apartment. Our host Katarina went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She upgraded us to a bigger apartment which was situated next to a Shopping mall and 8 mins walk to the Market Square in the Old Town. The apartment is huge and clean with working amenities. We love the location as we do not need to take the trams or buses anywhere. We just put on a comfortable pair of boots and walk our way around the city. The supermarket was just next door (in the Mall) and the Food court which was in the famous Palladium Mall was only 5 mins walk away from our apartment. The Main train station is around 15 mins walk and the famous Wenceslas Square is around 13 mins walk and so was the Charles Bridge. A great stay for first timers to Prague. We will definitely go back to Katarina and her apartment for our future stays too.
Nothing really. But since it's an old.building, there's no elevator. But the room is only one floor above.

The apartment was perfect and comfortable. Perfecr location nexr to old town amd close to the Christmas Market. Katerina and her husband were amazing hosts, they recommended great places to eat, and visit and picked us up from the airport.
Nothing, everything was amazing, only the WiFi was a little slow but not an issue.
